I ordered a tuna melt. With the italian herb and cheese bread beacause they didn’t have any other bread left.At first I saw her toasting it, in my mind I was thinking maybe she’s going to press it at the end after she put all the veggies and sauces, nopeee when she was wrapping it I ask her “you’re not pressing it”? and she goes no because I toasted it already and I can’t do it with this bread. Whatttt??? Just tell me you don’t want to clean the presser. Smh!!! Lazy! Never going back there and she keep telling a bunch of excuses I wasn’t even listening anymore. You lucky I wasn’t a secret shopper! Big NO!!! Look at these pictures. It doesn’t even look like a tuna melt at all.

I can understand there’s only one employee working today, August 12, 2024 at 1:30. I ordered my sandwich online and I seen my sandwich was not ready so I stood in the corner respectfully until the subway employee was done making other sandwiches. I was not in a hurry, but when she finally got to me and gave me my order, I told her I was here for an online pick up show her. My phone was literally giving me a hard time was not giving me the sandwich because I wouldn’t tell her my name, I gave her my first and last name I told her I did not really remember which one I’m using, but it’s one of them. My name is literally blasted on the receipt with her playing. This game caused her to just literally hand me the bad without rolling it closed. Therefore, the sand slid out and fell all over the floor when I told her she needs to make it again. She gave me a dirty look and told me please don’t drop the other one well I would’ve never dropped it if you would’ve just gave it to me in the first place when I showed you my phone and you need to know how to properly seal the bag so it doesn’t slide out common sense lack of employee Isn’t an excuse for ignorant employees do better

The employees are real nice their service is very welcoming. I asked my server what was her favorite sandwich and she recommended #18 Ultimate BMT; Awesome choice! The place is clean, and ingredients are fresh. More than I expected for a sandwich.

Went in today at 10 am on 3/11/24 the lady in the front rolled her eyes once I walked in. As I ordered the lady had a major attitude. Half way through she sneezed ans proceeded to make a sandwich. Then the michene didn’t work with she never communicated she just fiddled with the thing for l Iike 10 mins. She demamd cash with I didn’t have and then I asked what she was gonna do with theb $17 sandwich and she said throw it away. Like how rude and gross of a human. Definitely need to hire ppl with more experience, clean and a better attitude

Not my favorite Subway location but conveniently located. That said, I will say the subs are consistently good, wish the staff was. They always run out of meatballs ☹️ One time I waited thru 3 customers (one guy ordered 4 different sandwiches which took a long time) only to find out they has no meatball sandwiches and I needed 3. They should have a sign notifying customers they’re out of something before you wait and get mad. Customers can then decide to buy something else or not. I was so mad I just left. Now, when I walk in, I just ask right away. I still go there but, Mr. Owner, can you please fix this?

Went today and got 3 sandwiches. The cheese was in like small pieces and when I told her I didn’t want those to get more, she kind of hesitated but did. She then didn’t want to separate the cheese and finally did and making small pieces with them. She hardly put any meat in all 3 sandwiches. I don’t know whats up with this girl but she needs to get with it or be cleaning the store instead. And they didn’t have any other breads there.

I rarely go to this location. My grand baby had swim lessons & wanted subway afterwards. We went 3 times during the 2 wks of swim lessons. The reason wasn’t because of the awesome sandwiches, cause I can’t deny that I love their sandwiches. We went because of the service. A young lady was working and I had never seen her b4, & silly me i didnt get her name, she was sweet, funny and engaging. A lot of Customer Service is missing that now a days.
