every time I come there is only one person working the whole store and long lines. came on a Sunday and saw some people leave but at least the woman there had a positive attitude and made our sandwiches fast and neat when we finally ordered.

I’ve been to several subway restaurants and this place is immaculate,, well maintained and the kids that work here are nice and well mannered..the sandwiches I ordered were done right by a young female manager.. so well i gave her a generous tip.. she was quick with my order and was all smiles when I tipped her .. sometimes when customer service is professional you should tip them.. of course not all customers do,, many come in with attitudes that being the customer…

The new female employee is lazy and doesn’t know anything. I said I was there fir a pick up and she stared blankly at me. Another employee had to look for my meal. Then I asked her if they had Doritos since the shelf was pretty bare. She lied and said whatever we have out there is it. Then my friend asked another worker if they had any hot Cheetos. They told the new girl to get some hot Cheetos. Then the new girl asked if, I wanted the Doritos still. I gave her a look and said if course I did.

So I decided to get Subway today and was that a big mistake. I ordered a footlong coldcut with a drink and soup. After getting home I realized that they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called the store and she said to return the sandwich and they will make me a new one. I drove back to the store and exchanged the sandwich, I asked if I can get another drink and soup since the drink must be water down & warm and the soup must be cold by the time i get back home. the girl employee wearing a shirt that said spicy to just put the soup in a microwave. I told her that since it was their fault for giving me the wrong food and I had to come back to their store I should at lease get that. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he’s not in and he would say the same thing. I hope this subway doesn’t treat all customers like that and I also heard that some subways are serving fake tuna. I hope they are not doing that here to. I suggest not to go to this subway agaIn, bad service and not so good food. Not 100% fresh as I can see of the vege.

Craving subway today and didn’t want to wait in line so my girlfriend and I decided to place a moible order and waited. I went inside to grab my food and drove all the way home just to go see that my sandwich was totally wrong. I asked for toasted bread for both sandwiches and then I open my spicy Italian to see a long black piece of HAIR in my food. I also noticed that when I went to go pick up my food she want wearing a hair net. Just very disappointed

Received terrible customer service. Talked to management and Corporate but owner refused to acknowledge what had really occurred. My family and I have given way too much money to this Subway. Never eating here again.

Best Subway I’ve ever been to. They take pride in what they do. We’ve gotten take out and delivery multiple times and they always serve up great food!!
