Showed up at 8 am and I waited for 20 minutes and nobody came out from the back. I ended up leaving without making a purchase because nobody came out to make anything. They open at 7 so I assumed there would be at least 1 person in the front or at least hear my keys banging against the tables. I even called their phone twice! Just to get their attention, nothing got sent to voicemail both times I called. Probably better that way, all the vegetables looked old and soggy.

Cashier Tommy stole $5 from me by claiming that I had handed her less money than I actually did. No efforts have been made by her or a manager to make this right despite reaching out multiple times through email over the last couple of weeks. Never go here, your money is at risk of being stolen by a cashier and then being ignored by the manager.

Such a bad costumer service TOMMIE the unpleasant server with an attitude towards costumers. She mocked the guy in front of us because the gentleman likes to say “Uh” and he’s Asian with accent trying to figure out what he wants to order while giving his order to Tommie she asked the gentleman “you don’t even go to our website to see what we have here”? Tommie asked the guy! Poor guy didn’t know what to say. And btw she don’t change her gloves or wash her hands to make the new order so beware. So unsanitary. Never coming back to this place.

This Subway is exceptionally clean. The only problem is the soda machine is not working but the service rep is very honest, she let me try the sofa first before deciding whether to get a soda or not.
