The customer service from this worker was terrible. If he was having a bad day that’s his problem, and shouldn’t treat the customer poorly. He didn’t want to be there, his pace was like a turtle. Line backed up and he stayed his slow pace. I asked for my sandwich to not be toasted and he puts the frozen meat on my sandwich. I had to explain to him the meat needs to be cooked but not the whole sandwich ti be toasted. His response was, “well you should’ve let me know before.” Lack of respect to answer like that. Other subways ask before hand.

Not a good Subway, they’re stingy with their meats and toppings. Several of us from our work used to frequent this subway however it seems theres been a change with management and it has effected the quality of the sandwich being made. Several of us have given this place several opportunities with no improvement. Will not be coming back.

Don’t mobile order since their workers can’t read, this has happened twice now at two separate stores like I just don’t get it?? The ticket has everything that’s supposed to be on the sandwich and it’s like they just see the name and put the basic items without even looking at the ticket? Both sandwiches had items either missing or switched and one had a completely different bread. Just go in and order it’s wild.

Ordered a sandwich off the app for pick up and it was terrible and made incorrectly. Just because you don’t like someone’s modifications or something doesn’t mean you mess with their food. my sandwich was smothered in olives when I didn’t ask for them at all. Waste of money

Very disappointed. I placed an order online. They canceled my order and when i tried calling they put me on hold, after a few moments later they answered and then hung up on me. She said her name was Jovani. When i walked into the store there was one customer in there that the Mexican girl worker was assisting. I replaced my order even though the money was taken out of my account already, and for some reason i was charged more than i was charged on the app Im very disappointed in the service here today.

Placed a mobile order , when I got there they said they never received it. (No big deal) I showed them the order on my phone and date and time still said they couldn’t make it. I asked politely what do I do now then because I just paid for it, cashier had a real bad attitude and was giving me vague responses “call subway” .. but y’all are subway ! The other worker was tryna make my order because he believed me and seen proof but the rude cashier told him not to and still couldn’t give me the required steps for a refund so I just left and will dispute the charge and file a complaint.
