I went and bought a sandwich. I got home and found mold on my bread in 2 different spots. Luckily I didn’t eat it. It was dinner time and only had 2 employees working. I called back and even though the girl was nice she was clueless. I wasn’t able to go back that night so I asked who was working the next morning and she said she didn’t know. I asked her if they had a schedule and she said she didn’t know. I will never go back.

Go to subway every week and most weeks multiple times a week I had to go to a different store today when I arrived my sandwich was not ready which was not a problem I sat down and waited.
While waiting I watched others come in and pick up there order which was left out on a rack, no one asked them anything.
However when it was my turn to go get my sandwich I was made to verify the name on the order, guess what..you guessed it I’m a black male. So I feel like it’s safe to say I have been profiled by the lady at the counter and because of that I will not be returning, very sad that racism still exists nevertheless it does, do better subway.

I recently stopped by Subway in Glendora for a quick after church sandwich. Here’s how it went.

First, I was immediately impressed by the service. The tall boy with the long curly hair who made my sandwiches was incredibly polite and attentive, taking the time to ask about my preferences for toppings and ensuring everything was fresh. The friendly customer service and especially the big smile while preparing my sandwiches made the experience feel more personal, which is always a nice touch.
Only one thing thing gave you a 4 star for the food was that your ice machine is broken. I prefer to drink my diet coke with ice.!

I’m not sure what her name is, Kila? She messed up on my sandwich, I asked her if they had Honey Oat and she said yes, instead it was wheat bread, I’m allergic to wheat bread. I went up there and she said at at their location she states “we call that bread honey oat”. Stupid. Then when we went to get it re-made she was throwing the ingredients on our sandwich. Moving extra slow. Purposely.

I’m a regular at this Jersey Mike’s and there is one thing that is consistent the employee Trevor is terrible rude and dirty every single time I Presley watched him kill a fly on the Sandwich prep area without wiping it down and proceed to make more sandwiches every single time I come here he’s overly rude and frankly his attitude makes me lose my appetite. The Subway sandwich artists…are just that!! They are artist and great at what they do. I have been to many Subway’s, all over the country and this one take the cake with the attention to detail, neatness and much more. The two sandwich artist that I had serve me that day was: Andy & Ayileen!
