How can anyone be allowed to have a 24hour, dine-in restaurant that serves food that you literally have to eat with your hands, but not have a restroom or any place to clean your hands? Not even a sanitizer dispenser. This should tell everyone exactly what they think of their customers. Shame on you.

First off all the guy didn’t listen to what we were ordering. My wife ordered a 6inch he gave her a footlong. She asked for the all American sub he gave her the subway club and then charged us for bacon!! 2 footlongs NOT combos just sandwiches came out to 31 and some change. If ur not gonna listen to what is being ordered then don’t work the counter period!!! We said something and they best they could do was offer us some cookies for the inconvenience!! No thank u how about u get the order right to begin with!!!

The #42 chicken salad wrap is off the HOOK! DELICIOUS. I’m always getting it every time I go.
Also the cheese steak wasn’t bad at all “the outlaw” definitely worth comparing to Jersey Mike’s cheese steaks

Her name was Ashley and she was very sloppy very rude. she dropped my sandwich and I began to tell her to change her gloves then I noticed a cut on her finger wrapped with a band aid although she had gloves on the band aid was dirty and wet…I asked since she dropped my sandwich and had to remake it if her coworker could make it..so refused and said no that the coworker had. Other things to do and if I didn’t like it I could get out..she wasn’t a manger nor a lead the co worker insisted that she just make the sandwhich and Ashley was bossing her around…and sent her to the back…I took my service else where..ashley was very very rudeee…..and I will never return.

Ordered 3, and the only sub cooked was the roasted sub. She was the only staff I saw there. They need more staffing.

Not bad, but some of the staff need more training. I’m not a loud person so they can’t hear me when they keep talking to each other when making my order. And they talk to each other a lot. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, but if you’re making my sub and asking for effigy ingredients at least look in my direction. Other than that, the place is clean and the food taste great.

I have been to this Subway multiple times, but today did it for me to write this review. I went in around 12:40pm, poured myself soda & noticed it was watered down. I told the female worker in the front counter about it & she simply looked at me & looked away. EVERYTIME I see her face she looks miserable. Which makes my experience not so enjoyable! So once I got the cold shoulder I asked her what her name was since she didn’t follow work protocol as well & didn’t have her badge on her, she then said “oh yeah the Dr. Pepper is out” then I repeated my question & she hesitates & states it’s “Nicky” didn’t sound believable but Subway do your company a favor & have her doing dishes instead! No one needs an unpleasant face to go with a decent meal. It ruins it all. But overall the gentleman who made my order during the same time was very on it, very kind, & made me not so upset overall! He deserves to handle the public.

probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to, the employees don’t even greet you when you walk in. I ordered soups and the girl who served me didn’t fill them up all the way, soup comes with crackers she didn’t even bother saying I’m sorry we’re out of crackers just packs my soup and I ask her for crackers and says “we out of them”. Been there a few times already and they still haven’t restocked them. Her attitude was so bad. I got a fountain drink the coke was basically water I asked them if they can help me out and they cared about making themselves a sandwich then helping me out. So unprofessional. If I can give this no stars I would. If you’re going to be working with customer service attitude needs to change or get another job bc they seem miserable there.

I usually NEVER leave reviews but I feel like I need to.
Today at around 8:20pm i went into subway at this exact location and ordered a protein style bowl. the guy was nice and was helpful but the woman there named “Edith” was VERY RUDE.
I asked for pepper jack cheese to be added and she said “ughh we don’t do that only sprinkle cheese go on protein bowls and salads.” I even offered to pay extra. She sighed and slapped my cheese aggressively onto the protein bowl.
“EDITH” was very rude and bad customer service, she should definitely be trained in customer service Edicate. The guy on shift tonight was nice.
