Horrible service, the lady working seemed like I bothered her walking into her store. Maybe it was the fact that I brought a Subway coupon in. Subway club and when I asked for olives on my sandwich she put like four or five so I asked her could you put some more on and she gave me a dirty look. Before I left the store I opened my bag to find one napkin for a footlong sandwich. So I asked can I have napkins since there are none on the tables because they’re too cheap I guess, she replies that she put them in the bag I replied back you only gave me one she gave me two more. Hope those two napkins don’t put you out of business, or maybe that’s better that you go out of business since you don’t have any people skills. Enjoy the review to go with all the rest of the one Stars you got. Guess that’s why there’s nobody in your store at lunch time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE…They should close this place.. and it’s run by the OWNER. As soon as you ask for extra on any item or use a Coupon…. it comes with a NASTY comment…. He claims items are to expensive He can’t give you more lettuce or olives.
➕️ he’s very cheap on the portions used on the sub.
Not to mention he’ll ignore you while you are asking for your ingredients…. as he mumbles….?????

Got here early at 8:06 a.m. Since I had the a dentist appointment at 8:30 figured I’d stop by to get something to eat before hand and the lady who opened was super nice and very professional. The tuna was super fresh and delicious, thank you again for the awesome service!!

First of all I would like you to let you guys know that am a delivery driver and I been to dozens of Subways but never been to one that has been so disappointing as this one As the lady was preparing my sandwich this morning I ask for extra olives and she replied that a foot long sub gets 6 olives !!what!! I know I couldn’t believe it either I had to walk out on her that moment thank you Subway for ruining my lunch but I don’t think you need my business you need to train your employees better on customer service

I had a really frustrating experience at Subway recently. I placed a simple order, but when I got home, I realized they completely messed it up. I specifically asked for four simple menu items, but they got them all mixed up. To make matters worse, they weren’t busy either, so there’s no excuse for such careless mistakes. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but the customer service was unavailable. It’s disappointing because I’ve been a regular customer, but after this, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. If they can’t even get basic orders right, I don’t trust them to get anything else correct either.

I went to the subway here to get a sandwich. I could not help but write a review after getting my food here! The food was made quickly, their was not a long line, and the restaurant was extremely clean. I was extremely happy with the customer service I received this day. Jimmy was the staff member at the time and he was extremely friendly and answered my questions about the sandwiches. The food was fresh and toasted to perfection. I will be back to this subway regularly and highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for a sandwich.
