When in there to order 7 sandwiches. Seems like a lot of work for the girls that were working there. They were very frustrated and didn’t even let us use our gift card. Had to go back to the exchange just seemed like they didn’t want to work today. If this is franchise please help this place. If there’s an owner please feel free to contact me, this place needs major help.

As I was telling her how I want my subway sandwich she was giving me weird looks like I was speaking a different language, the sandwich is completely dry and she didn’t put enough toppings I had to ask her more and she rolled her eyes. I’ll never come back to this oddball service

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I forgot my drink today and while sitting in my car one of the employees came out and brought me my cup. Over and over this store in particular demonstrates great customer service.

I showed up at this Subway location at 8:52 PM, well aware that they close at 9:30 PM, yet the doors were already locked, and the staff inside ignored me. It’s extremely frustrating when a business doesn’t stick to its posted hours. If you’re going to close early, update your hours accordingly. Wasting people’s time is not good customer service.

I came in at 8:40pm. Almost a full hour before they close. I also work in food service, I work at a different sandwich shop/deli so I understand exactly how it is when closing but it was almost a full hour before 9:30pm. I pull up and I see two girls looking at my car through the window visibly annoyed im there. Fine okay I understand. I walk in and the girl “Angie” looks visibly annoyed and was disrespectful. I greeted her and asked how she was. No response. Whatever thats fine. I continue to order and they had half of the ingredients put away. I apologized for the inconvenience because like I said, I also work in a similar environment. I asked “Angie” for extra pickles and she straight up ignored me until I asked again. Then I get up to the register and I ask for a medium combo. Some other girl, she had an accent I didnt get to hear a name, informs me that they already cleared the fountain drinks. Fine I just went and grabbed a sweet tea from the fridge no big deal. I tipped them to “compensate” for the inconvenience but honestly I wish that I didn’t because the service i received was just straight up disrespectful. I pull out cash to pay for my ONE sandwich and she says they cant take cash because they already counted the registers for the night. Mind you, it was still only 8:45 at the time. I didnt have any other form of payment and they looked physically annoyed that I HAD to pay in cash. Angie goes to the back after giving me attitude about the whole payment ordeal. As im walking out I hear them gossiping about me. Overall horrible experience as someone who works in the exact same environment. Its not my fault you closed too early, I was very polite and even tipped. These girls need to learn a poker face or SOMETHING. Very upset.

I usually drive out to Subway off Route 66 in Glendora. But it was passed 8 and they were already closed. So I came to this place since it closes at 9. Ordered the #4 meat foot long on white. By the time I got home to eat, the bread was not fresh. Stale, hard and the ends of the sub’s bread flaked off. As if baked but not baked. I called but since it was passed 9 there was no answer. Went the next day and explained the situation and the girl didn’t believe me. I explained that my lady and I ate the center of the sandwich and left the ends. We threw away those remains. But the girl wanted me to bring the entire sandwich. I tried to explain to her that we were hungry which was the reason why we went to buy that late. But she said she had to call her manager to see what she could do. I didn’t ask for a refund, I just asked for a fresh sandwich but after a while with her calling her manager. She or they agreed to a 6″ sandwich, not the entire foot long. (I didn’t argue nor make a scene, it was a regular conversation with the employee. Don’t get me wrong.) I just won’t go back, not worth the hassle.

Very clean and well kept, but honestly, terrible sandwich. I normally don’t like to leave reviews, but with the cost of food the way it is nowadays, I would have liked to know what a 10 dollar 6 inch and 1 cookie would be like. Basically no meat, the bread was like cardboard, and the cookies used to be so good at subway, but this one was stail and tasted like it was bought at vons a couple of days ago and put on display. When I went back to ask for a small size cup with ice, she was going to charge me 3.50 for it. I literally did not eat my meal, even though it costed me 10 dollars. That’s how bad it was. Step it up, franchisee.

If you close before 930, make sure you update that on google so people don’t waste gas coming there.

If you’re looking for a sub sandwich I would go somewhere else this place always acts like they have to make your sandwich within 30 seconds I want to know every topping you want on it before they even put the cheese on and then have to ask you over and over what toppings you want because they forget I feel like they rush you through it so they can just throw on a little bits of toppings cuz it’s such a hurry to get your sandwich made I don’t understand what the big rush is and then having to repeat myself because she asked me what I wanted to soon when she wasn’t ready every time I go there same thing happens but it’s the only Subway nearby didn’t know making a sandwich was a 30-second race
