The Hic Family Dual
The girl that assisted me with my order had the worst attitude ever, I’m extremely disappointed. I would have turned around and left and simply leave my order there but I have diabetes plus other autoimmune diseases and had to eat some thing then. At any job that requires customer service you have to me nice and great your customers not give an horrible attitude.

As I was standing in line if heard a employee named April talk very rude and in a rush like she didnt like her job and was telling the customer infront of me and what else in a very rude demeanor way and she said it like 5 to 10 times very fast and I saw the customer was very uncomfortable and was not happy her face was like woah and then It was my turn another employee helped me and was not rude and not in a rush based on her voice and tonality then I reached the register and was helped by April and she was rude and very rushed service and I wanted to tell her that its ok its not the end of the world but I didn’t and instead im writing this review as what I saw and heard and experienced there was not welcoming and happy instead I felt like ok hurry up and pay and get out, Subway should see the videos and train April better to make her a better employee and have her have more patience for customers as Customers is the reason why Subway is in business

April (store associate) is who made my visit….I ordered catering, which through Subway’s backend system apparently causes a delay when transmitting to the store. That didn’t stop April and the team from having my order ready on time in convenient packaging!
Everything wasn’t exactly as ordered (veggies on the sandwich when no veggies were requested) but everything received was high-quality, ready to eat, and in a thoughtful presentation. I’ll be back, they make catering easy and it was a fan favorite for the large team who devoured it!

Don’t ever expect a friendly face or a smile.They are like robots and I don’t think they like Their are job Sometimes they can be a little bit rude too. I go there because that’s the closest to my house.That other ones are too far but sometimes I rather to drive a lot then going there Please hire people that liked their job

Don’t go to this place. First, they don’t have enough meat to serve. Usually I went to Subway to have foot long with meatballs all the time, so I know well how many they gave me. But this store just gave me 5 or 6 meatballs. And the subway was lighter than other stores. They also don’t take coupons (why subway sent flyers to my house??????)

Not really my go-to location for sandwiches. They don’t give you enough protein / meat for your sandwich. I ordered a 6-in tuna sandwich, they scooped the tuna up with a tiny ice cream scooper, that looked a lot like one you would use for melon balls. They put two scoops and then the employee spread it out across the whole bread. A very thin layer was left. Gone are the days of the $5 footlong. The 6-in was over 5 and less than 10 dollars. Not expensive but then again not inexpensive.

I’ve been to so many different subway during lunch time while at work, I always get the chop salad and I’ll be requesting extra spinach since after all I’m not eating the bread which I should have extra spinach. Other subway stores give me extra spinach without having a problem about it except for this location, so what I’ve done was went to Waba Grill next door.

Well I gotta say I been to alot of subways and this one in particular was thumbs down :/ the young girl that took my order friday afternoon was distracted by her relative member that got their. She made my sandwich fast didn’t put enough veggies and the tuna was literally outside the bread it was a poor preparation of sandwich I didn’t even want to get avocado because she was more focus in her family member. She had already taken her time and I was their longer than expected .I will definitely think twice to come back to this subway in particular .

The two girls who made ID # 1047 you girls made the worst sandwiches ever I don’t know if it was because you where in a rush to leave but the short girl you need to be patient when it comes to customer shows your lack of training or your bad attitude if you read this you will probably remember who I am for this reason when you make a buffalo chicken sandwich you add the sauce when you put it in the quick oven not after or else you have a cold buffalo sandwich with no flavor in some areas and when you fold and wrap the sandwich the wrapper takes all the dressings away so that’s no good either lack of training please if you don’t like your job quit just quit but don’t do this to the business location your going to lose customers this way I know I’m never coming back
