GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was treated poorly as a paying customer. I’m 4 months pregnant and was denied the right to use the restroom and was told to go elsewhere to do so. The employee was VERY nonchalant and the least empathetic. I would NEVER spend a dollar at any of the subway fast food chains because of this. This was my first and last experience. What a bad impression. I asked for the manager and he denied me that right to escalate the chat, he then said that I couldn’t use the restroom due to the fact that they didn’t want to be exposed to Covid. There was a woman in the back that heard all of this and did nothing. She came out after we left. They were just eager to clean and shutdown the store. They were not focused on customer service or just being decent human beings. All public businesses have restrooms for paying customers especially for disabled or pregnant persons even during the pandemic. I’m pregnant for Christ sake. I’m healthy as an ox. Unbelievable that he’s so worried about Covid exposure but that same employee was cleaning when we entered the store and didn’t wash his hands before making sandwiches—- he just threw on gloves which isn’t standard protocol. Who’s to know if those gloves were clean with such unhygienic practices demonstrated?

Always nice and friendly at this location, but food isn’t always fresh. Last time we visited all of our bread was not fresh-as you can see in the photo. This was upon opening and not taking a bite yet—-bread was flaking and falling apart. Made the sandwich hard to eat and definitely didn’t have that fresh subway taste I expect. Disappointing visit to say the least.

This subway is the cleanest, most organized friendly place to enjoy your lunch. The service was absolutely amazing, my picky girlfriend was easily satisfied by the two young ladies who served her. If I could, I would give this 10 stars. As the Terminator would say ” I’ll be back”

Moody “sandwich artists”, do not take coupons, do not have a restroom. They didn’t even want my family inside. They must really hate their job, their boss, the company, the city, taxes, whatever you can find in life to dislike, these employees do it. What an awful experience.

This was the most lovely subway I have ever visited. The staff was super sweet and took care in making the sandwich. All the meat was kept covered to stay fresh, and the vegetables were not cross contaminated at all. Super sweet place, I would absolutely recommend!

I’m generally a fan of Subway. Today I paid $26 for two sandwiches. Bread was fresh. Very skimpy on the meat and veggies. This is the second time I’ve been to this particular Subway with the same result. Profit margin at this location must be pretty darn good. I won’t return to this Subway.

This was the slowest subway I have ever been to. There was only 1 lady working the shift and she took 10 mins per sandwich. Like dam this isn’t some Gordon Ramsey meal it’s a subway, it should take maybe 2 minutes tops. I waited in line for 45 minutes for her to even take my order. On top of her taking forever she also made a terrible sandwich too.

Portions are obviously smaller than other locations.
Server could barely be bothered to put veggies and sauce on the other half of the sandwich.
I asked for it toasted. Worker didn’t bother doing that.

The food is always good and the staff is really friendly. But their is one thing I have to add. An employee there (I think her name is Shamita) is the most amazing person ever and is extremely nice. If you are the boss or a manager, the give this woman a raise!
