I was here last approximately 2 months ago at around 5pm on the weekend. I waited for almost 45 minutes to be served. There was one employee in the store. I returned today and are in the same predicament. The same employee serving a long line of people. I’m thinking that the service gets better as time rolls on. At what point does management step in and show that they care. This is not putting the customer first.

So I ordered a sandwich online and they missed 3 different veggies that I wanted in my sandwich. I called back for them to redo my sandwich and they said no because I took 1 bite from it. The only reason I took one bite just to see if I could still enjoy the sandwitch so I didn’t have to complain. But it was very terrible and didn’t taste like I wanted it to taste. I’m disappointed in there service.

The employee preparing sandwiches this evening (July 1, 2023) decided he would not serve any customers after 7:35, despite the fact that the store was supposed to be open for business until 8:00pm. He said he had other things he needed to do to get ready to close by 8:00 pm. He was quite rude and turned away three customers who entered the shop after 7:35pm!

My fave sandwich and wrap place in Seal. I crave their pastrami wrap just about every week (since I discovered in 2020 that some Subway locations offer pastrami). Cheerful service by an older fellow and less so by the gals, generous with the toppings (I prefer extra veggies), good price point. Grateful to live close to this crew and location! Please add corned beef to the options. Thank you and more please!

I like subway and used to be my go to for lunch, but this particular store I only go to if I have to. It’s ridiculous they barely put any veggies in your sandwich or sauces, it seems like the owner has told the employees to put the least possible on sandwiches, they are super cheap. I asked for a salad once and had to ask for more lettuce cause they just sprinkled it on it, horrible!!! I am sure a lot of people only go there for convenience..

Sometimes the line can get long at lunch time so try not to go from 11am to 12 or you may find a long line. Otherwise all is great for this place easy parking too.. and yeah good food..
