GREAT ALL TIME SUBS . MY FAVORITE IS HAM AND CHEESE OR THR ROADT BEEF AND CHEESE. YOU CHOOSE WITH MANY CHOICES OF VEGGIES. GREAT PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOUR SANDWICH JUST THE WAY YOU LIKE WITH MEAT OR WITHOUT THEY ARE ALL VERY GOOD AND DELICIOUS. CASHIERS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. This is the closest subway to my workplace so its usually my go to spot. I’ve been noticing the older lady has been giving me the worse service I’ve had at a subway. Eaten at Subway since I can remember as a kid, and this is by far the worse service. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this has been happening since I’ve been coming here. I ask for a sandwich and when its cut in between, the same lady mentioned, just tears the bread apart, from lightly cutting with the knife. When I ask for veggies she only puts 2 or 3 slices. I get we are in between a pandemic but even before this pandemic happened this has been the same occasion. When I ask for “light dressing” she pours the entire bottle. Where i can’t even unwrap my sub without getting all the ranch/mayo or just dressing, all over my hands. It’s so overwhelming it ruins the sub overall. I’ve asked her to either put me veggies or less dressing but she still applies the same amount. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the younger lady there gives better service. Its come to the point where I just turn back whenever the older lady is there. Sorry for the pronouns, they have nametags but either never wear them or the names are faded beyond being readable. Picture shows the only 2 tomato and cucumber slices serviced, the sauce can be seen to be spread past where it was poured, as well. Appreciate the servicing, but the quality in general, is lacking.

the food here is very old.
the sliced tomatoes were the first thing I noticed. the tomatoes were almost white, the way they lose their redness after they’ve been sliced and left in the fridge for too long. the bread was stale. it could be a week. if they allow the bread it get hard, how old is the meat? And then the sliced cucumber was a little too flacid the skin was wrinkly and coming off, and I know that doesn’t happen just over night. I included a picture. I’m not a person that complains. the owner is probably purchasing too much of everything at once. And then they must be saving on cutting and baking everything at least a week ahead of when you order it, could be two weeks. if you own this place, let me know when you turn it around. and in the meantime, if you’re a customer and you’ve gotten sick after eating here, please call the county health department and let them know. I think I’ll be calling them after this visit.

Avoid this Subway location. It is close to my work and would be my go-to spot for a good sub. However, I suspect a new owner or manager now, and that person likes to cut corners. They are stingy with the veggies. They only put four tomatoes on a footlong and stretch out the onions and other toppings. The bread is already hard when I return to my office (a 5-minute drive) I’m assuming they keep old unsold bread longer than required. They don’t even give you a Subway bag anymore. Instead, they use a regular white plastic bag you get with a Chinese meal. Also, remember to ask for napkins, or else they won’t give you any. There is another Subway a little further down Katella by the Racetrack. Take the extra few minutes and go there.

I honestly will never go to this place again. I purchased a 6′ tuna sandwich and after inserting my card and getting approved the employee told me that it didn’t go through because the receipt never printed. I told her it did because the machine showed me that it got approved a day she said it didn’t. I just inserted my card again because there was a long line and people was looking hungry, did not wanted to hold the line. After getting charged twice, I checked my bank account inside the the store and showed the employee that she charged me twice. They started talking on her language, I believe they are from the India and she just told me that I need to call the owner, gave me her number and I called her. The owner sounded like she was working at another subway and told me she would call me back and of course she never did. I know it wasn’t a whole lot of money, but still my money and I work hard to earn it. I will never purchase here again and I will make sure I let my friends know not to go here. Horrible customer service!!!!!

BEST. SUBWAY. IN. TOWN (I don’t even LIVE here) FRESH turkey meat, QUALITY SERVICE from a KIND employee who, despite having difficulty understanding everything I said, made a DAMN good sandwich! To top it all off, they even offered to wash my feet upon my walking in the door (I commuted to the restaurant on foot (bare) and my feet were FILTHY! Thank you, Subway.
