I just came in earlier this month and utilized my coupons for the meatball subs on multiple visits and today they state that I can’t use coupon any longer for meatball subs…so sad that this place has become so disappointing after I have been coming here 15 years. I had to go 4.5 miles to another Subway I go to because being a diabetic when I want certain things to eat my mind and stomach is set for that and lo and behold I was able to use my coupon for the meatball combo like I want it see the receipt if the meatball sub was not one of the subs applicable for this coupon it would not have allowed the cashier to utilize the coupon for the meatball sub meal. Again after 15 years of being a customer at this particular Subways I am very disappointed since I had to drive past my home to another one to get my lunch.

I placed an order using the coupon that was delivered to my home. The staff told me that they could only add the ham, onion and cheese I wanted, but that they could not add any vegetables. Even though the coupon didn’t say “Vegetables excluded”, they were stubborn and said they couldn’t include it. I had no choice but to eat the sandwich without vegetables. This is a place I don’t want to come back to.

The food was so bad and not made correctly (I ordered online). To their credit, my order was ready on time, but it was so so wrong and bad. Their bread was gross, I don’t remember being this bad, dry, stale, no flavor on the herb and cheese. Reached out to customer service, git automated replies until finally this locations manager Ravi wrote me and just said sorry lol but even a free sub I wouldn’t go back to this location, I want my money back. I had the worst experience ever this morning at the Lomita Subway. The worker was rude and angry and complained that she was the only worker there. I asked for her supervisor’s name and number but she refused to provide it. She said her supervisor does not take calls from customers . This was around 8:15 this morning. I left without purchasing anything. To the owner of this location; please train your staff in customer service. This location has gone downhill. I used to frequent it but I just can’t anymore when the staff are so disrespectful.

If you like turkey sandwiches then this is the place to come and get one. Today the service was okay but the girl who was helping me needs more experience at the counter, I ask her to put more lettuce on the my sub and with her fingers she was moving the lettuce back on forth…..really? Then I ask for me oil on the sub and It was almost asking the world here.
Overall the store was very clean and well organized plenty of parking.

Horrible experience. The staff person Karen put an excessive amount of mayo, after requesting life mayo. She proceeded to scrap it off on sandwich and added to another, causing too much mayo on both. She put an excessive amount of mustard after requesting lite mustard. She got an attitude and said that is the way it comes out. I left the store, but I called and spoke with the manager. When I spoke with the manager, Emmanuel he justified her behavior by saying that I had an attitude. He refused to provide me with the corporate number, but kept requesting that I come back and he would fix my sandwiches. I went back. I had a coupon, he said that is ok, I will just give it to you keep the coupon. He never apologized or compensated me really for having the horrible experience or having to return back to the store.

Brandon was the best worker to ever work at a subway. The subs were always perfectly made to perfection by him and the management was great. Wouldn’t doubt going to this subway at all, Staff is great and has some great vibes all around the sandwiches.
