Since having a new manager, this spot feels so different. I can say it changed for the better. Vicky is such a excellent example of customer service and is always doing the best. I just ordered the meal of the day, and the manager there restricted me to only three toppings; otherwise, I would have to pay full price. That’s what she told me. I only get four toppings, but was restricted to three. I felt discriminated. I think she makes her own policies to whomever she wants. I only have seen this in this store. Unbelievable! Seinfeld episode famous line, “No soup for you!”

I usually like this spot but I order online and just pick up but today I did not have time to order online since it was busy at work. Got there ordered my sandwich and I chose the deal of the day which was the cold cut, it was all Bologna. No salami or ham. Then she proceeds to say that for the meal of the day we can only add lettuce tomato and onion nothing extra like cucumbers or spinach. I was so surprised because I’ve never heard of that ever! I then went to get a bottled drink because she mentioned that 2 of there sodas didn’t work on the machine and said I couldn’t swap it for a bottled drink… I told her I’ve done it before just a little fee extra. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but I will not be back And maybe not return to subway again if they continue to be so stingy or make up rules…

I went in to order 3 footlong sandwiches, and Angela (the employee) started arguing with me, stating i asked for a 6in over footlong.
Mind you, i was reading this order off a text. When i brushed it off and moved on, she went back to arguing with me. I finally had to tell her i refuse to argue with her.. i just wanted to order my food. I will never be going back to this subway.

Two of the sweetest ladies working during the lunch rush. Both helping eachother out and greeting the customors. Great atmosphere from the two that made me want to review. Restaurant is clean as well

Just found this little place today. They actually accepted my Subway discount coupon that so many other Subway stores refused to honor. The two ladies who were handling the lunch hour rush were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job, better than I ever expected. Because of these two ladies, I will be back again. I love to give my business to shops that show that they value their customers.

My friend cut her hand outside the store so I came in to grab a couple napkins and she told me I wasn’t allowed to take napkins if I didn’t buy anything. Perhaps somebody should train Angela a little better to be a human being.

I just had a terrible service here. I order online buy 2 subs get one free and when I went in the two ladies there they had no order from me and money was taken from my account and I had confirmation of order. They said they cant make my order and they cant help me . I wasnt gonna just leave with out my paid sub so one lady looked at order a saw my order sitting there for around 30 . So they made my food when I got home they didnt put my mayo and avocado I payed $2 extra I couldnt go back cause I just had surgery. Very unhappy with my steak sandwich would not recommend this place to anyone.

Purchased three footlong for me and my family and two drinks(one beverages out and they wouldn’t replace it) , mine sub great the other two were made as if my 3yr old made them. I asked for a Turkey with easy mustard (the mustard was piled on).the third sandwich was supposed to be a grilled chicken with bacon, avocado, pepper jack cheese(no chicken) so sadly my wife had to fix what the employee messed up. Not going to waste anymore money at this location again.
