I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this experience really stood out. The employee working there had a very poor attitude and seemed visibly frustrated doing her job. I was polite and simply ordered an additional sandwich, yet she appeared annoyed and impatient, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and unfortunately this was one of the worst I’ve had here. I hope management considers placing employees who are more welcoming and willing to help customers. Never coming back to this location!

The one female employee who made the sandwiches at 06:46 pm paid no attention to what I wanted. She constantly made mistakes and I told her about it. Rushed my mom and me with what we wanted in the sandwiches. She didn’t even have the common sense to ask if we wanted her to remove what we didn’t want in the sandwiches. The cheese wasn’t even melted. When I checked it at home. The employee didn’t even know which sandwich was which. Didn’t even mark the sandwiches. Regretted not saying anything to the employee or leaving the Subway. I just didn’t want to make a scene in front of my mom. But seriously, if you don’t have the patience to listen to the customer, don’t even work in customer service. I may not have said anything, but the next person will.

I placed an online order today at 1:24 PM for pickup at 1:40 PM. To my surprise, there was only one staff member on duty, and there were about six people in line. I was pressed for time since my lunch break is only 30 minutes. I urge you to have more staff available during peak lunch hours to better accommodate customers. It’s now ten minutes past my pickup time, and I still haven’t received my sandwiches. This is quite frustrating. What’s the point of ordering online if it’s still going to take an additional 15 minutes to receive my order! To make matters worse, when I opened my sandwiches, I discovered they were all cold cuts instead of ham, and the bread was supposed to be whole wheat. There’s nothing more frustrating than receiving the wrong order, especially when you’re already facing delays during your lunch break. Management DO BETTER!

The customer service at this location is awful. I was told I couldn’t have shredded cheese because it was “for the bread”, what ever that means! Even though the sandwich I ordered CLEARLY had shredded cheese on the sandwich in the picture! When I wanted my sandwich double toasted, she rolled her eyes at me. I also had to ask 3 times for the garlic aoli sauce and she looked at me like 8 was dumb and said no we don’t have it. It was right under the lid just really bad service.

Angel, the Subway employee, failed to greet and acknowledge patrons walking in and making line for a sandwich. It took 20 minutes to be helped as the first in line. Ángeles decided to focus on online orders despite having a line of patrons waiting to be helped. Management should be embarrassed to operate with a single employee, #subway corporate should look into how this location is damaging their brands image. This is by far one of the worst subways I’ve ever visited, worse than those in E Chicago, not even exaggerating.

Whatever young lady was there on 12/13/24 around 2:10pm has the worst customer service ever. Didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting on a Mobile Order. Gave me & 3 other customers attitude. She made the sandwiches horrible!! I think she purposely made my sandwich wrong, everything i wanted was listed on the receipt and I saw her looking at it or IDK what’s her problem. Never coming here again.
