I am extremely upset with my experience at this Subway. I came in 15 minutes before closing after a long day at work, expecting the same service I’ve always received at other locations. The employee on duty had just helped two people in front of me, but when it was my turn, he flat-out refused to serve me. I guess management should change location hours who to 10:30. I asked for just one Sandwich and he walks to the back and shut the open light. That kind of lazy, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I should never be treated this way. I will never return to this location, and I hope management seriously addresses this issue because no customer deserves to be treated like that. I’m not a reviewer but my experience was so upsetting and I just saw the other reviews and clearly management isn’t holding staff accountable at this location.

I was the only customer. There were two associates none of them were focusing on the customer the were only preparing a sub no welcome greetings or even say wait for second.

I ordered on the app and it was suppose to be ready at 7 didnt get my food until 7:50. It wasnt the workers fault , the poor kid had so many orders to do and running out of bread and ingredients, he was all by himself , cheap owners have to get more staff to help , completely unacceptable.
