My first impression when I walked in….very clean restaurant from tables to the floor. The protein and veggies station were kept clean as well. Staffs were nice, fast, and friendly. Located close to El Camino College.

Staff were mean and i realized it late but they charged me double for my order. I only eat subway sometimes so i wouldnt know the price until i told my friend how expensive it was for a 6 in. Very disappointed.

I live locally. This Subway is convenient. Every time I’ve been in the last few months, the only thing said, “it’s extra.” I accepted it because again, this place is convenient, but NEVER at any other Subway do I hear “it’s extra” for EVERYTHING. Don’t go here it’s apparent the owner only wants money.

7:47pm 6/23/25 Monday came in for some sandwiches and both lady’s were rude. We were rushed they didn’t ask for toppings just wrapped up one of our sandwiches we asked them to unwrap it to put topping they looked at each other and rolled their eyes.

I get so many subway emails of deals and I finally go to a subway to place an order using the app just for the location to show online ordering offline even though it is listed as a participating location. Employee was clueless of it as well

My order at Subway has always been great, but my visit here was really uncomfortable because of the middle aged woman with glasses and ear piercings. There might be a language barrier due to her accent and she might not mean it, but it still didn’t sit right with me at all. I was not greeted by the employees when walking in either.

What a great subway. The managers did a great job hiring these hard working ladies. Not only did they make my sandwich how I wanted but the station look clean with fresh veggies and meats.they had friendly customer service and they actually cut the avocado like a professional cook.

Walked into get my free sandwich and it was in and out, not busy, but the person who waited in me was new i could tell because she kept looking at the menu posted on the glass behind the counter, wel she didn’t follow it . I ordered the Boss which comes with meatballs and pepperoni, but i was not asked if i would like cilantro or any peppers or anything for that matter , my sandwich was meatballs, cheese with the marinara sauce and toasted at least she got that right. She made my sandwich toasted it and wrapped it up and rushed it to the register and i was shocked to the point where i wad at a loss for words , i couldn’t even say anything. Won’t be returning to this site again .

The workers here are fantastic and always very nice but something changed recently to the Turkey they use at this location. For whatever reason it’s very thick and rubbery and tastes extremely artificial, absolutely nothing like the thin slices they’ve had for ages
