Cashier was kinda helpful but the bread was stale, spinach was old, and the music here is REALLY loud. Also I say kinda because she wouldn’t come out to help us when we needed it since she had her headphones in. And would also stay in the back on her phone as seen in the reflection of the bread holder.

The condiments that go on your sandwich were all kind of old withered looking. The lettuce had brown marks on it the spinach had that slime in some of it. The red onions had brown on them. The pickles We’re nasty looking. Now I understand its warm.But if it’s that warm , then turn your actions up. Because it was Not fresh food this sunday. I’ll never go back in there and eat again. As for the server she was Awesome it was only one person Surfing everyone that came in.She did a very good job.

Regular gift card patron, but received poor customer service today by “Betha” who was not accommodating. I had ordered a foot long supreme sandwich with a container of vinaigrette and after payment, I had asked if I may have another container. I was shocked that she gasped implying that I was asking too much. Unbelievable and lost a neighborhood customer!

Staff ignored us and carried on preparing for the lunch trade. Even when we asked if we could be served…the lady was sarcastic and rude. No customer service skills were present in this store. Hopefully managers will try to improve/replace this person.

Unfortunately, I was rushed with placing my order, I asked what happened to the $5 for any two footlong, and the cashier told me “we don’t do that anymore” I proceeded to ask her why and she just scanned my card and walked away. I didn’t even get my receipt.

Subway is almost always consistently good. Fresh tasting veggies decent quality ingredients, fresh baked bread. We’re used to them but they are always there for us when we want a BMT!

I had a very bad experience at this location with one of the servers I was simply asking the lady (jessica) about something on the menu board her response to me was “all you have to do is read” first of all I’m not dumb so I asked her was she having a good day because she was so rude from the start so I decided not to have her serve me I let the couple behind me go she treated them very well so I said oh so you seem to be prejudice because I am African American and they were Caucasians the other server ( Ms. Simental) apologized for her behavior and said she’ll take care of me as soon as she finish with the other people she was so nice she gave me information to contact the manager (Linda) after 4 pm but when I call she’s never in this incident happened 7/11/17 @ 1:56 pm
