HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PLACE.
I used to go here every weekdays since it is walkable distance from my work but recently not a single time where they made my order as requested. I even said “PLEASE ADD ALL VEGGIES AS LISTED” they still forget the cucumber. Not toasted, No mayo.. I dont know how simpler it has to be for them to able to fulfill the request. No more.

Today July 18 me and mom who gets around using a wheelchair where trying to enter subway. Usually i can open both door to help her in. But, they locked one of the doors and one of the employees saw and tell me i can’t open it . So we agree to leave since the employee didn’t want to help us until we left.
Usually we come here when my mom has appointment here in Gardena . the employees are nice when we come , have both doors unlocked, and ask us if we need anything. but, like I said above I’m disappointed and will not come back in the future

Just left this location very satisfied. Ann who made my sandwich was very polite and professional. She was patient with my crazy request. She was extremely nice to my daughter Charlie and helped her decide what sandwich to get. I will definitely come back to this location just because of Ann. If the owner or manager see this, please acknowledge her and her great customer service!

I have been a client for he past 2 years, I go there twice a week. Everyone is wonderful, but the owner. He’s arrogant! He’s in the wrong business. When he handle me my sandwich, he made me feel like HE was doing me a favor, like if he was feeding a dog! Nasty man, he shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. When he sees you come in, instead of welcoming you, he walks by arrogantly! I’ll never go back, not when there are so many choices.

They are open until 9pm but half the time we come here (always @6pm) they are sold out of cookies and not making more z including tonight. Tonight when I ordered a 6″ roast beef sandwich they gave me 4 TINY slices from the rump, overcooked end of the roast. I had to argue for an additional slice.
We went to sit down and every single table was covered in trash and crumbs – yet we were the only customers there and the two guys working there had nothing else to do.
To top it off, while we’re eating a homeless guy came in, sat at a dirty table and hung out without making a purchase. When he finally left he left a bunch of his garbage on the table which was never cleaned up while we were there. The whole experience was totally unsatisfying and gross.
I’ve been a regular at this Subway… but no more. It took a few visits similar to this but they finally lost me as a customer.

It’s not like it used to be. Everyone is cutting back. Pay more get less. Flavors there just wasn’t any. Peppers normally enhances the flavor of the sandwich. Dried. Very disappointed. Jersey Mike’s serves a better sandwich. Subway lost it’s touch and flavor.
