I placed an online mobile order unfortunately was incorrect they gave me someone else. Mistakes happen not a big deal I wasn’t even upset .. however the manager lily began screaming at me to the top of her lungs demanding the sandwich I indicated that I threw it .She kept yelling why the hell I threw it ?!?!demanding a answer while she had a line of 6 people all witnesses her shouts!!! I replied because I bit it and she said it didn’t matter she needed the sub in her hand why the hell did I throw it (wouldn’t that be unhygienic ) I proceeded to tell her it was in her store trash still creaming she yelled at the coworker to just hand me the the correct sandwich .This is who subway has a manger?!? Wow zero skills no sense of customer service. Horrible service!!! Needs upper management to get involve in the operation at this branch.

Today I went to pickup sandwich and turns out that they didn’t add my sauce the side. No bigh deal I thought, well I asked for a cup of siracha sauce and they lady at counter ignored me several times. When she finally responded to me, she had a terrible attitude and barely put any sauce in the cup. After i open my sandwich and saw that my sandwich was missing so many vegetables when i specifically put extra veggies in the order and on the side note.

Ordered online TWO footlongs. AVO Mexicali & the Boss. Once came home the Mexicali had NO AVACODOS! Immediately went back to have them put on. Came back home opened the Boss NO CHEESE! By this time have to go back to work ! Waste of time & money! Will go out of my neighborhood to where I know I get decent sandwiches with what I order !

I made an online order and it wasn’t even what I ordered. I went back to get a refund and they said because it wasn’t a full sandwich I couldn’t get anything even though they messed up my order. Get some better service.

I can’t think of a time where I was disappointed in service from a restaurant as much as this. The manager, Lara, was very, very rude, despite my being polite since I walked in. She looked at me with such consternation and continued to treat me rudely, when I needed explanation on a current promo that I was trying to figure out calmly. There is just no excuse for this type of treatment when the customer is being polite. Also, the toaster was not working. No surprise I ended up not ordering anything because they didn’t honor the promo. I don’t think I’ve ever left a restaurant not ordering due to awful treatment from the staff.

Poor girl was there alone doing everything. Customer was really giving her a hard time but she handled it very well. We were all waiting for the customer to leave. Line finally moved. Please have more workers to help at night. Times like that you need more help. Its dangerous for women. Station was alittle messy.

I was pleasantly surprised….customer service was EXCELLENT!! Jerry’s attitude was warm, personable and professional so was Valencia. Even though it was a little busy, they handled it very well. These young people gave me hope about their generation. Jerry can fix my sandwich anytime.

Fresh seafood all the time! At least every time I’ve been there! Prices of fish and shrimp has gone up, but you can always opt and mske your own! Yeah right, who wants to do that!!! This place has never let me down. The cooks are great cooks also! Just look back there! You can tell they know a little something something!
