They were training three new employees so the line went pretty slow but they got our order right and the sandwiches were delicious… The watermelon water never fails and it is so good!! By the time we finished our lunch the place was pretty packed… Two thumbs up!!

This Subway is trash. They messed up my order yesterday, and when I came back today with my receipt, app history, and proof I paid, George still refused to give me the sandwich I already bought. Instead, he told me I should’ve brought back the wrong sub from yesterday. Who keeps a day-old sandwich?

10/10 Service and good food, no matter how understaffed they are, this Subway ALWAYS comes in clutch with their patience, unmatched work ethic, and delicious sandwiches love coming here for my lunch and ordering online! I had a pretty terrible experience here. I’ve never actually had to write a bad review before, but the customer service here was absolutely horrendous and I thought I’d leave a warning for anyone considering this branch. First, they don’t listen to your topping requests. I had to have mine remade because they put several things on the wrong sandwich–even after clarifying with me which sandwich I wanted these toppings on–including toppings which were severe allergens for the people I was ordering for. Any sandwich I told them not to toast, they whisked up and toasted IMMEDIATELY, and were rude about my insisting on having the sandwiches done correctly.

The guy running the cash register was somehow even worse. He insisted I had four sandwiches when I only had three, despite my clarifying and despite the person behind me identifying the fourth sandwich as theirs. I told him I was paying with gift cards, so he CHARGED me for the gift cards I was trying to pay with, then got annoyed with me when he had to fix the error. I then attempted to pay half of it with another gift card and the remainder with cash so I would have change, so he put all the cash ON the gift card despite me telling him explicitly not to do this. He then handed me back all of the total attempted gift cards, refused to tell me which one the money was on, shoved my sandwiches across the counter to me so hard they nearly fell off the counter, and physically turned his back to me to avoid answering any more of my questions.

I’ve never had such an unpleasant customer service experience anywhere else. Just be careful if you go there and have an order with allergy-sensitive ingredients, or anything more complex than a single-sandwich transaction.

There was a male worker here who refused to speak to me when I ordered. When I directly asked him questions he ignored me, twice. He then ignored me when I tried to order and took the order of the man behind me.

I feel upset and disrespected.

Would not eat here again.

I’ve come here for lunch about 5-6 times, as I work in the area, and always get a spicy Italian or the Italian BMT.

I’ve gotten a stomach ache about three four times now and the result 2-3 days of using the bathroom…

I’m never coming here again. Ever!

And I really like the spicy Italian or BMT but I can guarantee they’re doing something wrong here.

I got tuna with long regular bread for to go.
Once I started to eat, I felt really bad because of the smell of something, and the taste was terrible too, which is not fresh tuna not fresh bread, even other stuff like Chipotle sauce garlic sauce….

I always liked Subway when I was In San diego.

I hope the subway team will take it as important notice because I might have some health problems because of this old tuna and not fresh foods products that you are selling to customers.

Honestly not going back and their manager is not good at her job and she doesnt care to be better. I went there for lunch with my aunt it was packed. They get 1 star because they were fast and didnt mess up the sandwiches. At checkout though I got Avocado and my aunt didnt but they charged us for 2 my aunt didnt want the avocado so they had to refund the whole transaction and recharge her. So how come the new transaction is only .7 cents different from the first time the avocado is $1.50? I havent been to Subway in a good 5 months and when I calculated the receipt the tax they charged was only .27cents now its $1.70 when I asked they said it’s the eat in fee(TAX)/hot food, so they charged for heating it and because we ate in (it’s all one fee), I never usually eat in at Subway but I’ve never had them charge me a heat fee, but I told her “applicable tax” is not clear enough they need to have a sign that clearly states the added on fees/tax, also the girl didnt even ask us if we were eating in or to go she gave us bags and that was it. So for her the manager to charge after the fact and not state that we were still not charged right and just to take the liberty of “fixing” it is dishonest. Then she has the nerve to state she doesnt even now her company policy over the fees, they really must be lacking in people willing to be management.
