I am obsessed with Subway salads. My go to is the cold cut combo.
If you know me, you know that I am the biggest lover of pickles so whenever I order anything, whether it’s a burger, sandwich or salad, I always ask for extra pickles. Normally I have to ask the person to add more if you’re making a salad for me, but in this case, the young lady behind the counter added just the perfect amount.
This is my first time at the citadel outlets, and I couldn’t wait to get my salad so happy there is a subway here.

The good thing about this Subway was the service. The male sandwich preparer was friendly, as was the female employee at the register. The sandwich was not that good, but that’s typical of Subway.

Went in this afternoon 3/7 miles and there was a nice older Hispanic woman working alone, she helped move the long line quickly. She was patient and so friendly. She didn’t have a badge so I can’t giver her recognition.

This subway really likes to nickel and dime. The service is also pretty horrible & isn’t that clean. Makes the food taste worse just because everything else is very off. I’ve been here a lot and have only been satisfied a couple times.

UNCLEAN AND MAKES PEOPLE SICK! DONT EAT HERE!!! Absolutely disgusting. Rude employees, they were snacking on bacon like we couldn’t see but kept being stingy with the onions and olives? The sauce smelled off and I should’ve known right there… damn sauce gave me food poisoning…. Don’t eat here y’all will end up sick. UNCLEAN AND MAKES PEOPLE SICK! DONT EAT HERE!!!

Worst staff ever seen. They do not follow the policy of changing gloves when a vegie delight is ordered. There is a clear guidelines that you have to change gloves for all customers and definitely when vegetarian is ordered. When I asked them to change gloves and had also informed them not to touch any non-veg they started passing comments in a language which I could not understand. So vegetarian friends be careful when you order at this outlet and be careful at other outlets when you are in USA.

The workers are really rude they also snack on the veggies and bread and meats. They don’t accept coupons and everything is old and stale. Never going there again. Worst experience I ever had. Especially the lady with blue hair she wouldn’t let me change the cheese because I chose a specific sandwich and told me she was making it and wouldn’t let me take or add things. The workers did thing aggressively and its very expensive and dirty.

Today 8/12 around 5:30 we stopped by to get a bite and this older spanish lady was so rude, u can tell she didnt wanna be there, asked for a certain bread and very rudely said “no tenemos” and while she was making my sandwich walked away. Get better subway

Discussing the bread is left in the counter and your meals are being rubbed. The placed doesn’t have fresh food ot looks old. The people that work there are also rude. This is not the first time they do that, they even yelled at a little kid once for not hurring up and choosing their cookie.
