I ordered a total of six sandwiches, including two 13-inch ones, but they packaged them all as 6-inch sandwiches. I went back to the store after realizing the mistake, and when I told them they had made the order incorrectly, they didn’t even apologize. They just said it would take two minutes and made two more 6-inch sandwiches. When I got back and looked at the sandwiches again, the portions were small, and they even used a different type of bread than what I ordered. I never want to visit this place again.

Placed an online order and came in directly afterwards so I could make sure it was made how I wanted. The manager seemed a little annoyed at my modifications , even made it a point to show me she had my order receipt in front of her. I politely told her I would like to make modifications like toasting the bread with onions and bell peppers and I wanted the condiments on the bread side. She answered with “we already do that now” as if I was dumb for not knowing. She wasn’t very happy overall and even laughed amongst herself at the end. But she made my sandwich very well. So the customer service is not the best. But the sandwiches are pretty good. Might be back to give them another chance.

Customer service is good. But this time around my food wasn’t prepared well. I found pieces of paper left over from when they warm the meat for a protein bowl. I even but down on piece of an avocado skin.

Between the plastic screen and the loud music, I never hear a darn thing any sandwich artist is trying to say. If you hold the power button under the TV it will turn off.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming sandwich spot, and it was nothing short of amazing! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with rustic decor that sets the perfect backdrop for a delicious meal. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made sure our dining experience was exceptional. But the real star of the show was the food! Each sandwich was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I can’t wait to return and try more of their incredible creations!

Unfortunately this location really appears suffering from the increased traffic from skid row with a plastic barrier over the counter, not carrying the full menu and belongings of the unhoused piled in a corner. Can be an intimidating experience compare to the neighboring businesses.

Visited around Oct. 2021. The young man and young woman working there were rude. After paying, I asked why one figure on the receipt was higher than the menu price, and they made up excuses that were obviously wrong (like saying “you added avocado” when the avocado was correctly priced, separate from the figure I was questioning). After I didn’t accept the phony reasons, the young man told me to get out and I’m not welcome to come back. Writing to Subway Corporate resulted only in a form letter, with no indication that they understood the problem or did anything about it. If their mission is to provide poor customer service, they are succeeding.

I went in there and the manager Carla refused to sale me a sandwich because she wanted me to pay for it first. She refused services to me and broke the rules. I’m letting corporate know what she wanted me to do before she made a sandwich for me. She was rude and told me to leave the store. I didn’t like how she made me feel.
