The sandwiches were good and made exactly to order. We had a problem in that we ordered online and sent the order to the wrong Subway, but the lady at the counter helped us get that all straightened out. Super friendly and helpful, and we are really grateful!

They forgot my folk for an order to pick up that was a salad. So imagine getting back to work after lunch and BOOM no fork, and there’s no silverware at work. Then they dont cut up the veggies, like you’re just supposed to eat them whole. If they wanted me to cut them, they should have included a knife and no fork.

This was weird. My wife and I were traveling cross country from Truckee,CA and our first stop was at a Hampton Inn in Wells, NV. There aren’t many food options near the hotel so I ordered through DoorDash. After a period of time I called Subway to see what happened to our order. They told me they didn’t have any dashers and the Door Dash has done this before. I had to pick up the food. The restaurant personnel were very courteous and apologetic.
Door Dash should be ashamed of themselves for not letting people know that they don’t operate in this area.

One of the worst subways and I eat different subways around the countryseveral times a week as a truck driver. Pepperoni face girl will not give you any vegetables. Not for extra money, not for a tip…just period.
