Good food, but the employees are kind of weird & food costs more than advertised.
The guy I talked to kept looking at me weird. There’s a woman that came out that helped him make the second protein wrap I ordered, but at one point she was just standing around doing nothing looking at me weird.
I don’t know if this happened because I opened carry my gun or if they’re really high (Nevada has a huge drug problem), but whatever the reason, it’s a bad one & this experience made me feel very uncomfortable.
Also, each wrap (2 total) cost closer to $15 or $16 each, not $3.99 each as advertised. Even with tax, the cost should be nowhere near that amount, so I will not be coming back to here or any Subway ever again. This is Quizno’s all over again.

We have ordered pick up here 3 different times around the times of 12pm to 4pm and each time have not had an issue. The quality was great and everything we ordered was there. One of the days we ordered there was one girl working, the place was swamped, and she was absolutely on top of it.

I have never left a bad review, but today was the third time in a row we have just walked out before ordering. The staff was all over the place, dropping stuff left and right, and pretty sure at least one of them was high. Then you look around and the whole store is just disgusting. This subway has been going downhill for a while now. I know several people that refuse to eat at this location now. Someone needs to fix this place.

Don’t waste your time at this store, especially if you plan to order in the app and pick up. 2 times in a row I have ordered in the app only for them to mess it up. No one even came out from the back. Brought sandwich back in to be fixed (2 jalapeños and 2-3 pieces of bell pepper on a foot long? Come on now) and they took it back behind the counter, added what was missing, rewrapped it and gave it back. This is definitely not legal under food safety guidelines. They couldn’t even give me the right cookies I ordered. Had to have that fixed too.

I don’t normally post but I felt this was something that should be addressed. One of their staff that waited on us spoke VERY fast and low. When I commented on having difficulty hearing her, she gave me a terrible look and continued on. Thankfully the guy that was also helping us interrupted and took over as much as he could. I would hope spending around $45.00 for sandwhiches would warrant a little better customer service. Thank goodness the food and the other employee made it worth the trip.

This is the most disgusting Subway I have ever been to. First both girls were in the back. They finally came out one chewing her food. They totally screwed up the order. When we got home we ended up throwing the sandwich’s out as there was a hair in mine. Disgusting and rude. Both of them. If you want food poisoning this is the dump to go to.

Every time I place an online order they do not make it correctly. The premise behind the online order is for when you had a hectic day you can just go pick it up and go. Never fells, I have to drive the 15 minutes back to the location and have them remake something. Instead of taking responsibility they always blame it on a coworker or being short staffed. They do not try to resolve the issue at all. Today, when I took my wrap back again, I asked the person behind the counter if online ordering was just not something that this location should be doing. I asked her if she thought that maybe just coming in and ordering was better because of it. She said yes. She would not place an online order. If this location is not able to handle online ordering, you should look into removing that option for the customer.

I have ordered twice from the subway app and both times our sandwiches have been wrong. Missing bacon and avocado, wrong bread, not toasted when asked for toasted. It sure would be nice if instructions were followed. The printed receipt was correct, the sandwiches not correct. But you can bet they charged for the bacon and avocado.

The employees here were unclear about how they were charging me and when I tried to tell them that it should just be charged as a normal chicken bacon ranch, they gave me attitude and acted like I was being a jerk. My friend was paying for me so I didn’t continue the fight, but I’m pretty sure they charged extra on my sandwich and were rude to me about it. Worst subway experience
