Most of the time my visits to Subway are unremarkeable. The sandwiches are good. This morning however, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for it to be toasted. For whatever reason, instead of toasting it the sandwich was microwaved. It made the bread chewy and hard to bit through. I have to give up on the last bit because it became too stiff to eat. I’ll go back I just hope that this feedback reaches a decision maker because it ruined the sandwich.

GM has a major attitude. Was in there the other day and she is completely unprofessional. Brushed her hair literally on the food line. Unless you want hair in your food I would not go here. Health Department needs to shut this place down ASAP!!!!!

We went in and there was no one there waiting to get service. We had 5 sandwiches and it took them almost 20 minutes to make them. Try didn’t cut the bread all the way so it was like eating a taco sandwich and that smushed. They seemed to be two people that haven’t been there long alone with no help of anyone who’s worked there who knows what they are doing. They didn’t have any meatballs at 5pm beginning of dinner rush! They didn’t have any onions excuse “ have had time to get back there to cut any”. Took a bite of my “taco sandwich” and all I tasted was pepper. Opened it and a thick layer of it. Just absolutely awful!

Boy, let me tell you… I just had the most delicious Subway sandwich of my entire life. It was so stuffed with everything, I couldn’t even eat it like a normal sub. I had to hold it like a taco. And listen, I’ve never made love to a sandwich before… but today, I did. By the time I was done, I had to wash my whole face, my hands- everything. I showered this morning, but honestly, after what just happened, I might need another one. I feel downright dirty with the way I treated that sandwich, lol. It wasn’t just a meal… it was an experience. Every bite felt like a forbidden romance. I didn’t just eat that sandwich—I sinned with it. And whoever it was that made it deserves a raise.

The employee half-way read the online order, didn’t toast it, put on the wrong cheese and then added way way way too much toppings, salted the heck out of it and the sandwich ended up being a gross wet soup. Literally the worst sandwich, my 4 year old can make a better sandwich. The toppings compliment an already great food. Stop slamming every sandwich with loads of toppings, your store will save on food costs and you’ll make a better sandwich and improve your reviews.

I ordered on the app and my food (tosted) was cold I paid for extra everything on 1 sandwich and got way less than the other sandwich that was regular. I am so pissed I paid 75.00 for 4 sandwiches and they tasted like it was stepped on with muddy boots. Tried to get ahold of corporate and what do you know, no answer this is the worst experience I have ever seen!!!!! I want my $ back. The only thing that was worth anything was the cookies. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

There was a tall boy and short girl who were absolutely amazing to me. Both super sweet and speedy, constantly had a smile and were talking to me a lot, I’ve had bad experiences here before, but these two definitely changed my mind on this subway.

Well I would advise not ordering on line. Apparently they can’t read their own receipts. Asked for certain sandwiches to be toasted they weren’t and way accused of faking a receipt. Order a grilled chicken salad no chicken and also got told that’s not what I ordered. I love little entitled people that can’t work for their money or treat a customer with some respect. I also asked for the mangers name and got laughed at as he said he won’t happen again. I will never be back

They close at 9:30 the door even says so, we went at 8:45 and someone was in there getting a sandwhich and the girl had told us they were closed and the door was locked. Closing 45 minutes early is definitely not going to get you any business.

I ordered online a six inch tuna sandwich, specifically at this restaurant because it is close to my granddaughters place of employment and it would save on gas to have her pick it up on her way home. When she got home, she handed me the bag and it was a footlong sandwich. We joked about How the tag on it said our name and had our order of a six inch on it and they must have thought I was super hungry. When we opened it, it was roast beef with banana peppers and melted cheese. NOT what I ordered. We called them and the girl on the phone said my granddaughter picked up the wrong one, even when I told her that the tag Said our order and name on it. She them said they had my sandwich there if I wanted to come get it. So we drove back across town and when I told the girl this was supposed to have saved gas and asked if there was any amount of refund, she just laughed and Said, no but you got your sandwich. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AS THEY DON’T CARE ENOUGH TO EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!
