Ordered from here the other night for a doordash. Everything was delivered as ordered. Ordered from there today and only got a sandwich and a cup. No two bottles of soda as Ordered and no two bags of chips as Ordered. And of course you have to call doordash who only gives you a miniscule amount of refund. Had to do a reorder with another Subway and it still ended up costing me.

I’m only giving them a one star rating because zero is not an option. Very rude workers! My wife asked for some lettuce to be put on Her nachos in replacement of tomatoes and the guy refused to do it, saying he couldn’t change the recipe! I even offered to pay for the lettuce, and he still wouldn’t do it! The place smells really funny, the bread is hard and they put the least amount of everything on the sandwich to save money I guess! I DO NOT recommend going here. Go down the street to vista knoll or north hills blvd. They have no problem making your sandwich the way you want it! OH , and they do not accept subway coupons!

I love Subway, but this location has got to be the worst one I’ve ever come across. They only have one worker at all times. The ingredients are never fresh! They don’t clean any of their knives or switch out their gloves. So you’re getting other people’s ingredients on your food. It’s a franchise, so each location’s prices are different. But they have highest prices.
There’s not a lot of stuff in Stead. So I kept making my excuse to come here. But it’s been over a year now. And nothing has changed. Soni give up.

BEWARE, it was brought to my attention that customers that leave tips for the hard working sandwich makers on your credit/debit cards do not go to the employees. The Franchise owners keep them. ABSOLUTE DISCRACE.. You should be ashamed. Subway should pull your Franchise.

TERRIBLE LOCATION, sloppy service! Only one worker, and they’re SLOW. You are going to be waiting 15 minutes minimum if you aren’t the first in line! On top of that, they don’t clean. They are knives. It seems like they never change out their gloves, so if you don’t like certain sauces getting on your food, this ain’t the place for you. This ain’t the place for you.
I really like Subway, and this is right next to my house. I’ve been here multiple times. And I even tip before they make the sandwich a few times just so they’ll maybe provide better service. Don’t bother tipping. There isn’t a lot to get in Stead area, and even fewer now with such poor service. Management needs to change or something

They don’t take coupons that are mailed out locally.
Why be in business at this location if they aren’t going to follow basic advertising?

I read the fine print on the coupon and it only excluded two states. NV wasn’t one of them. So why not take the coupon?

Before I went in there amazing service but today the guy was talking on his phone while taking my order. Then he put just a little veggies on the sandwich. I paid $30, for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks just to barely get anything. I could of got a better sandwich at Walmart. Not worth going to that location again. We couldn’t even sit there to eat.
