Very disappointed with today’s online order. Normally, fairly to somewhat good, but today…not so much. Ordered extra lettuce, red onion and mayonnaise, barely any on the sandwich. Ordered extra protein…Not even! Extra cheese, where? I always give a generous tip. Wish I could order, get and try our food, then tip accordingly. I would NOT have tipped for the sandwiches that we received!!

Asked for the Roast Chicken Breast, got some disgusting “rotisserie chicken” that tasted a bit more like Tuna! The worst part was not just that it was disgusting, but they clearly were intentionally not disclosing that they no longer carried the roast chicken! I asked if they had the roast chicken breast, because I didn’t see it up on the menu boards and the girl said yes, and then gave me the gross stuff instead. Also, the meat area of their sandwich prep line is now covered by a stainless steel hinged lid, so you can’t see what they are putting on until the end when it’s kind of too late. We’ll, guess I won’t be going to subway anymore!

Luckily I don’t live in yerington. I was only visiting. Unfortunately my mom does live here and the subway is one of the very few places to choose from. On this specific visit, the customer service was terrible. The girls working here have no social skills what so ever. They were out of cold cut, which is completely understandable but when I asked for something else, they got irritated. I asked if they could warm up the bacon and they ripped the cheese off the bread and crumbled it up like she was mad that I was asking. I’m so glad I don’t have to come back. I really hope those girls learn some customer service skills. As for the guy in there, he was nice but seemed like he was keeping quiet because of the girls. The sandwiches were good though, so if you want a decent sandwich at the cost of an attitude then this is the place for you

Subways really vary by store ownership. My visit to the Minden store was terrible. This time we visited the Subway in Yerington. The sandwich artist made an excellent roast beef sandwich. I get all veggies. Unlike minden the veggies we surely present. This is my favorite subway out of the many we have visited. The two ladies have been there for awhile and know their stuff. Keep up the great work. See you next time.

Good story…I come through town roughly 8 to 10 times a year. Usually stop a block over at Round Table. 6 months ago the service was awful. Tried again on this visit and also not good. So, I left and drove here to your location. The service was very good and the sandwich I was served was extremely well made and quite tasty! New customer for life, every 6 weeks or so! In the future, the closest I get to Round Table will be passing it to get to your place! Thanks! Please feel free to print this and send them a copy! Bitter guy in Grass Valley, CA lol!

Love the sandwiches! They are often out of meatballs and they only have soup in the winter. I wish they had soup year round, they have the best cheesy broccoli soup, they are almost always out of soup when we go. They never seen to estimate the amount of meatballs they need as my family goes in on Sundays for the meatball special and they are out or only enough for one sandwich. But they have Awesome food and is well worth going too.

Normally we have a great experience in this subway, however lately it’s been poor. Anytime one of the workers “friends” comes in they instantly stop listening to you about how you want your sandwich and only care about their friend. I asked multiple times for something (sandwich being toasted, Buffalo sauce added to the chicken, etc) and was ignored. Highly unsatisfied.

Can’t believe they hired a girl with nails that long and allowed her to work a food service line. Did not see a lot of hand washing going on but definitely saw those long fingernails break through the plastic gloves and into the slices of cheese she was trying to separate. Had a co-worker buying me the food but let’s just say I didn’t eat much of it… Good thing there’s a Port of subs across the street that understands food safety and hygiene.

They ran out of white bread due to a huge girls softball thing that was in town. I felt bad for the girls working, they had to explain to every single customer four times that indeed there was no more white bread. The look on people’s faces The girls kept their cool and were kind to each customer.

Normally this subway is good but today I found hairs in my sandwich. They obviously have never heard of a hair net. I’m also pregnant so it’s really disappointing not to be able to finish my food, not to mention disgusting. I’d rather not feed hair to my baby.
