Rude service. Were we bothering you sir?? Didn’t listen to what my order was. Made it the way he wanted. Dismissed me when I said something. Ignored my second attempt at asking for specific things on the sandwich. Wasn’t worth the argument or confrontation. Ended up throwing it away. Friend’s food was acceptable.

My family would really prefer Port of subs. However Port of subs was closed that day because they’re having a staffing issue where we live there’s no restaurants there’s one in each of the casinos however one of the casinos is only open for breakfast and lunch. The other casinos also having staffing issues and they were closed for a couple of days.

Wow, the food was badly spoiled, buns were ancient. I spent money I shouldn’t have. This is an OSHA nightmare. Health Dept. needs to take a look. I really was blown away. If we ever did that in a Wynn kitchen, we’d be fired.

Went there today and they were open but told me they couldn’t serve food because they weren’t ready yet. They had been open for an hour and an half but were prepared to serve any customers. Doesn’t seem like thY is how a restaurant is supposed to operate. the last time I came here they weren’t taking cards. I won’t come here anymore.

Go into the place to get my order to be told that they didn’t have the churro or the pretzel, which fine I understand running out of something but because I already paid online I was told that to make up for not having those which would total $7 plus tax. I was told that the best they could offer me to make up for it which comes to a total of $4.74 plus tax. Can someone tell me how that makes any sense? I didn’t bother trying to argue with the worker because I had to fet back home as this was a comfort meal for my wife after finding out she lost a family member. Also was not very safe in there as there was what appeared to be children putting the chairs up and rugs all over the place. I almost fell just trying to enter and exit. This place really has gone downhill.

My parents live in Oklahoma and accidentally placed an order on the app for Silver Springs subway for a pick up and after they pull, the money off of her card is when she realized it was the Silver Springs location and not her location. She tried calling them and their phone number is disconnected so she called me her daughter who lives in Silver Springs Nevada to go down there. Just explain to them what had happened and they said there’s nothing they can do for her. They will not give her back her money. We did not take the food. The guy pretended to call his boss and his boss also said no refund it was her mistake. I’ve never seen such a terrible service in my whole entire life and will never recommend subway to anybody. What they did to my parents is unacceptable. They should’ve refunded the money and voided the order. So they could order the food in the town they live in. They are on a fixed income and don’t deserve to be treated that way.
