After buying sandwiches at various Subway stores for 20+ years, today was my last stop there, specifically the location in Dayton, NV. If the employees cannot make a sandwich the way the customer requests it, they shouldn’t be working there. After reading many reviews on Google, I now know why they have the reputation they have. It’s unfortunate as we have been trying to support local businesses in Dayton, but this one just fell off our radar.

I had the best sandwiches the other day from this subway. The worker, I think her name was Fiona, was beyond super kind. She made the sandwiches with care and to perfection. Honestly, best sandwiches I’ve had from a subway in a long time! They don’t take coupons, I didn’t have any anyway. For some of the subway deals you can use the app and find other locations that do take them. I don’t mind paying full price for food if it’s worth the money. Fiona made sure it absolutely was worth the money. I will gladly go back again. My only slight complaint, and its nothing to do with subway, was that I was being harassed by a older gentleman going to the casino next door.

I went at about 5pm to get a sandwich and the website said they were open till 9pm, as well as the lights being on. When I got there, the door was locked and a worker said they weren’t open, even though they clearly were. I asked for a reason and he just slammed the door on me. I love Subway’s food, but if this is how their employees act, I’d rather go to Jersey Mikes. 1/5, very disappointed.

Apparently ordering your sandwich deluxe means you get charged for TWO sandwiches. Two of my sandwiches were added instead of the price for extra meat. Yall are not slick, I just didn’t want to make a scene over it because I know how yall are when your scam doesn’t work out. Bad business. Miss the way this place used to be before whoever the new people are. $20 for one sandwich and some extra meat is ridiculous and legally theft.

The sandwich itself was superb. The only problem was, they didn’t have the kind of sandwich I wanted. This has been happening a lot at a bunch of different Subways so I am guessing that the person who does the food calculations still hasn’t figured it all out yet. The help there are extra special great. They are always so happy and helpful. I love dealing with them.
