1/28/2026 Came in around 2pm. I ordered a 6″ Roast Beef sandwich with cheese, toasted, with mustard and lettuce. Simple enough. The sandwich maker only put 3 paper thin slices of roast beef on the bread. I was charged & paid $9.99 plus a tip expecting a real sandwich- like the ones pictured in their menu; so why was it made like I did not pay?? It was a whole lot of bread and no meat.

Went in this morning 8am and I will not be returning. The gentleman that made my sandwich idk if he was having a bad start to the dat but there was no greeting when I said good morning his response was what do you want. Then after I said good morning a second time he finally returned the gesture.
I had to say excuse me multiple times just to inform him that I’m pregnant and would like my sandwhich heated up a bit longer for health reasons, I was polite and respectful but his attitude and vibe in there through me all the way off. He just seemed freakin irritated by my presence.
Not worth going here.. better to go to port of subs / Jersey Mike. They give way better service. And the sandwiches are better too.

Apparently if the sandwich you ask for doesn’t come with sweet onion sauce they will not add it to your sandwich. The seemingly mindless employee said it doesn’t come with that sauce I said “oh it’s ok, you can charge me whatever you need to”. He said management said it’s against the rules. I swear it was like an alternate reality that made no sense. Can’t even express how stupid the situation was. First time to subway in almost a year and I was quickly reminded why, will stick to firehouse so I can have my sandwich made the way I want it made.

This was from February 8th, 2025 (late posting it). Ordered Subway on my app and got there when it told me it would be ready. I get there and there is one worker. She starts making the sandwiches at that time. What’s the point of ordering ahead?
The WHOLE time she has ear buds in and is talking on the phone to some friend or something. This wouldn’t matter much if our food was made correct. The steak sandwich had the wrong cheese and no toppings. The roller barely had any filling.
This location is very close to me (Charleston and Indigo Dr) but I’ll never return.

I have never had experience like this before. Ordered roast beef. Foot long. The guy enrolled the pieces of roast beef and put like 3 or 4 of them in a whole foot long. For thoes guys worked with subway the never unroll the roast beef cuts and they put up to 8 pieces. But this kid was so hesitant, lol. Same with olive and other stuff. Made me alittle sad to be honest

Very unpleasant girl working. I walked in and instead of a greeting she said, what kind of bread before the door even closed behind me. She made my sandwich while glaring at me. The bread was hard and stale. The subway at Sahara and Durango is much better.

You have alot of nerve charging so much money for this. This is the beast sub double the meat what a absolute joke and the bread wasn’t even toasted also has old brown lettuce on it and the meat is old and dry.

This place is what I call a solid 2.5 stars. Service is great but my $11 dollar Turkey sandwich weighed less than 2 ozs. It was a pretty sad sandwich with almost frozen lettuce and 2 or 3 slices of turkey. They were quite generous with the mayo though – maybe that’s how you can make the sandwiches feel more substantial than they really are? Not sure. Anyway, the everyday $6 dollar deal might be ok?

We’ve been coming to this subway for a couple years it’s just around the block from our house. I really enjoyed the staff and their delicious sandwiches. They took their patience of making the sandwiches. Sadly to say this will be the last time will be coming to this location. It seems like the new staff doesn’t care about their customers and they’re very impatient. When my girlfriend and I went for dinner last night we ordered two footlong sandwiches, two bag of chips and two large drinks. But it seems like all the employees had an attitude everything that they touch they threw back into it’s place from the pickles to the cheese they threw it with attitude. My girlfriend asked for a little mustard on her sandwich. Instead she got a glob of mustard in the middle. It just felt that we were interested in their space. They just threw the sandwich together not knowing what we would like. My girlfriend got sick off of her sandwich. What happened to our favorite subway and it just went downhill? Came in during evening hours when there were at least 3 employees working and no additional customers. They did not even acknowledge my girlfriend and I as customers. Sorry to interrupt your lives to bring you some business. Finally got acknowledged only to be addressed rudely. I hope after their remodel things get better.
