what’s the point in asking how we want made if the employees are just going to ignore it. ordered 3 sandwiches. asked for them to be toasted, they all three are all still cold subs, i told them no onions on mine, and there’s still onions on it.

This Subway is not at all friendly, efficient, or convenient. The gentleman with the bulldog face and tattoos is by far one of the worst. I don’t demand much at all, but I expect consistency and a decent attitude. If you order from the app and pick up in store, be prepared to wait. I have a hard time understanding why people who are miserable work in customer service positions. It is not my fault as a consumer. Moving forward, I’ll be switching to another location. The awkward and uncomfortable environment isn’t to my liking. The food quality is also subpar. Avoid this location at all costs!

If i could give less than one star i would. I ordered online. Went picked my food updrove home(about 60 miles out of town) when i took out each sandwhich i was fuming mad. They were slopped together a horrible mess. I paid for a acados didnt get any. I asked for xtra black olives maybe i got four or five on sandwhich. No oregano no extra meat which inpaid for. I tried getting a hold of corperate and had no luck . I did get an email that said the situation was delt with case closed basically. I wont be going ro subway ever again!!!

Hands down the WORST subway I have ever had the dissatisfaction of walking into. There were two workers and niether of them could be bothered to move at any kind of pace aside from snail slow. We spent far to long in there given there was only 3 people in front of us.
Train your staff better.

Came to subway to get something to eat. Stupid app wasn’t working. Asked the guy if he could help me with the app. Right off the bat the guy was acting like a PRICK and says “I dont know anything about the app so I can’t help you with that.” he was making some subs. So I said I’ll just have to place my order here since the app isn’t working. He then says “it’s gonna be a min.” I said “No problem I can wait.” He than gives me an atitude and tells me “ITS GONNA BE 10 mins.” After that I walked out. And to Roberto’s where the staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I was definitely disappointed. Their in-store menu, doesn’t match the online menu at all. I guess their sub of the day, is whatever they want it to be. My party were the only people in the store, yet still had to wait almost 15 minutes for them to complete all their online orders. By the time they got to making our sandwiches, they were basically scraping the vegetables out of the buckets, and had no intentions of giving us fresh veggies. When asked why their sub of the day didn’t match what it said online, I was told “it is what it is”. Both guys behind the counter were pretty rude to us, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I went in, wanting a fresh brewed iced tea, but of course, it “wasn’t working”. When I tried to fill my cup with ice and soda, they had to turn the fountain drink machine on. Both employees were EXTREMELY unprofessional and just downright rude. I mean, I wasn’t expecting much from their employees, but definitely more than they were willing to do.

5 stars for Daniel and Brianna!!! Service was amazing! They had a rude lady in to grab a sandwich and being that my sandwich was done before hers, she got upset with them because I paid first. Shout out to them for handling it like professionals and keeping their smiles Much appreciated! They are AMAZING

It was a pretty decent sub but for a Subway that says they’re open 24 hours – I had to come back later cuz no one was in there the first time I went to the sandwich at 3:00 in the morning. So much for 24 hours – and the really jacked up thing was the first time I went there when they were supposed to be open, the open sign was still lit up but there was nobody inside and all the food had been removed from the cooler bar.
