Been ready for my order since 4:55, 5:00pm ready time, you can check in 5 minutes early. At 5:11 I called 3 times for the length of 3minutes and 30 seconds before their phone forced a busy signal and drop. Had a curbside pickup due to back problems. Still have yet to receive my food, they have now had a mass of people go in but when I was originally ready and parked, no one and I watched them actually make my order after their system said it was prepped and ready. So now I am seeing how long it takes and how cold the sandwiches will be for them not following basic instructions and ignoring their phones. Will never recommend this location and honestly this is already chalking up to terrible service. I have also watched them prep people’s food with mask below nose, without changing gloves, hair not properly secured, all for this one visit. Violations and breaches in policy all over the place. A horrible horrible store, so not come here.

The man at the register told me the manager’s number wa son the receipt, it was not, and then said I would have to wait another 20 minutes and it has been busy the whole time but I have been outside since before my order and it was in fact not busy the whole time. So they lie about their contacts, so not answer the phone, lie to customers who come in, ignore instruction, violate health code. Love it. A report to health inspectors will be put in to their office personally for their violations.

Sandwhich person didn’t know how to make it, they don’t put the meats evenly. Just did a bad job not tasty. Lettuce was oddly sweet, person not trained. Loud music is playing, hard to hear.

When here after a long day of work getting ready to hopefully eat a bomb sandwich but unfortunately this Subway is the worst Subway I have been to by far in Las Vegas The only Subway that’s stingy with the vegetables on your sub The employee stating that the manager said to cut back on the amount of veggies even though I asked for extra I got the original amount and I know this because I’ve been going to Subway for years now I will never come back to this subway terrible experience the employee was “trying to say he was helping me by doing his job and making my sub but in reality he did not help me because the sub is definitely not to my liking I would have never placed my order online if I had known I would have this experience

Only one person works here at s time. So having three people in line can take a long time to order if each person is ordering more than one sub per person. Expect to wait an extended amount of time for service. They don’t fill the subs at this location either with the right portions per subway standards. Or teach their employees the right way to build subs. So I don’t blame the employees, I blame management for lack of employee training and support. The employee who put my order together didn’t wash her hands between the person before me, handling the cash register then proceeding to take my order. She just switched out her gloves. But also didn’t ask if I wanted anything toasted. She just assumed to toast. I don’t like my bread toasted. Just the meat. So I had to make sure that was clear before she proceeded to make my order. I also wasn’t aware of the menu changes which should be something they need to bring up. I wanted it corrected how I wanted the order but the employee didn’t have the knowledge to make the appropriate changes. So moving. The subway footlongs were overpriced for lack of quality, and lack of ingredients. Will not be returning to this location. Unfortunately other locations have much better quality all around.

Location takes too long, one employee works at once and either works really slow or is slammed with orders. Tiles on ceiling are completly ruined with water leaks, health hazard. Toppings are skimpy. In app orders are not prioritized and take long to be filled. Do not come here unless you want your money wasted and even worse, your time

Not that it really made a difference. The food was mediocre… not fresh like usual dine ins! Got my sandwich wrong and when I pointed out that I didn’t get any cheese sauce on my sandwich. Can you believe they wanted to argue with me. Sorry….. not throwing that thing a bone…. whatever it was!????
I was no longer hungry so that was a waste of my time and my money! Terrible experience!
