Lady who took my order was very rude. I ordered a breakfast wrap and when I asked for salsa she responded rudely like that was the craziest request ever. “no” was her reply. I asked if she had ketchup.. again.. rude and “no”.

I ordered the #7 MexiCali sub…it was so skimpy literally all bread! Very upset that it was a delivery order and unable to say something while they were making it. Asked for tomatoes got none…totally disappointed to say the least. I will not be eating at this store again. I work at tje hospital…trust I will tell everyone I know about this experience!

I attempted to place an order for delivery for 5 people (order would’ve been for about $60) and could not get my payment processed through the website in spite of trying 3 different cards (it was NOT an issue with my card/bank etc.) and then, couldn’t even get back on the website (home computer/no internet issues). I decided to just drive to this location, which I selected because it had a DRIVE THRU. When I arrived at the window, there were no cars in line behind me and I wanted to give the guy a heads up that I had several different items to order. He asked me if I wanted to come in to place my order and I told him I’d rather not. He basically tried to insist saying that it would be “easier” – for WHO? Him? And he was pretty rude about it. I said, “Nevermind, just forget it!” and drove off. I won’t go there again!
Then I tried to submit a complaint on the main website and there was no way to do so – only their autobot chat was available.
If you can’t handle taking orders through the drive through, don’t have the drive through.

Very disappointed with the experience. I ordered a footlong sandwich that cost over $14, but it felt like I was paying for just bread—there was noticeably less filling than usual.
This is frustrating, especially given the high price. I understand pricing may vary, but the portion size should still reflect value for money. I hope this issue is addressed, as it affects the customer experience and trust in the brand…..this location not recommended

Fresh and tasty sandwiches, but the service could be more friendly. Nice wide drive-thru, and although there were no signage to be seen, it is wheelchair accessible.

I came yesterday on my break and the food was so good. Today I came on my break and it just wasn’t the best. My bread was stale, instead of cutting my bread in half, I watched the lady break the bread in half with her hands, I feel like my half was the smaller one smh. I never seen nobody at Subway do that before. Then as she was making my sub, she was tryna do another sub at the same time but nobody was behind me so I feel like she should’ve waited until I was done letting her know all the ingredients I wanted. She must’ve been new or something, she needs better training. If my bread is stale one more time, I’m not coming back to this location. That was very disappointing.

The manager Spanish girl have a glasses one was so moody and having attitude one and she sound like didn’t so happy for customer.I understand she working hard and had a tough time serving customer. but anyway I had issue she giving wrong ordered for me too.and I fully understandable haven’t said something else for her also I was ordered cookie before and she didn’t giving of the 3 cookie for me.i think I need to stop purchasing the any sub on this location subway.best in luck everyone!
