Hats off to Sandy who did a great job considering she’s the only one there. She got busy before we left was about four people in line, but she was all smiles and great customer service. I think she should have a partner at working with her. My sandwich was great and I will be back.

I will never buy from this place again because the employee on the afternoon shift on February 24th was very rude and is never in a good mood. She gets angry if you ask her for more things, and it disgusts me that she never washes her hands before preparing the sandwich. I simply won’t be returning.

I come here often and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere is nice and the service is always solid. The girl with the green hair and the nose piercing is great she’s attentive, chill, and makes sure everything’s good. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

Easily one of the WORST subways. Employees seem to have no training. Seem to only make one sandwich at a time, and take forever to get anything done. Unless you got 30+ mins to wait for your order to get taken and another 20+ minutes for them to make your food then don’t waste your time. Oh and they somehow have salads on the menu for the price of a 6in but will charge you $14? So I pay more for the same ingredient found in a six inch sub and I’m not getting the bread? Terrible.

No more lettuce??? So they used cabagge instead, poor service, girl looked like she wanted to spit on my food, every time they give you smaller portions, same thing happening in many locations in las vegas. Very bad experience and this comming from someone who almost never writes reviews!!!!
Had to come back after reading another review from 2 months ago and that same girl still working there, long fake nails, using airpods while getting my order, she was sweeping when I game in but if she hates interacting with people then she is in the wrong place. I wonder if she is related to the owner or the manager because it looks like she is still the same way after2 months of that review i read

Horrible service I submitted a order online during lunch for 5 subs at 1:30 it’s 2:30 I’m inside the subway and food is not ready yet I came in at 2:03 and was told it’s not ready the service is just horrible first and last time at this location

Went in for salami sandwich. Doesn’t have a salami sandwich on menu so I told girl I just want salami and she said she can’t do that. I was like what???? Girl said manager will be mad, again I asked what??? I come all the time no problem. First time dealing or seeing this girl that acted like she was on drugs. Homeless people laying outside, and sitting in lobby. Half way putting salami on sandwich I say for get it, i don’t know what she talking about so she takes the salami she already put on sandwich off and back into salami bin and puts bread back in case. So unsanitary. As I walk out, guy walks in. I get to my car and he’s looking at me coming out, says that girl has attitude problem. Won’t be back

Unfortunately we were attended by a worker named Daniela and the service was horrible. Not only was she wearing long nails and lots of rings, she had airpods and got my order wrong and had an attitude the whole time. The food was cold and the service was not it.
