Well Subway has gone up like way up in Price! Yes it’s fresh and tes everythjbg costs more to make but 40.00 for 2 sandwiches without chips and a drink is literally the most absurd shit ever! It’s not so e Pkwy ky out fancy lunch place with a patio or anything it’s SUBWAY ! If after all these years and all the locations s they haven’t figured out a way tk get tol quality items to make sandwiches at a reasonable price then I dont know what to say. I can go tk an expe sive gricery store or even a high level market and get same ingredients make double the amount of food and thats not at any wholesale price. Convenience shouldn’t be so very expensive when a sandwich isn’t that hard to make just saying …..

Ordered to go on 11-10-24. There were two young boys working probably about 16-17 years old. Where is the manager???
Are the boys running the shop alone?
We ordered four 6-inch on wheat since they were out of Italian herb. Why is the wheat bread so dry? Did they leave it out in the sun for a day? The pretzels are terrible don’t get them either.
Finally the young boys took twice as long as normal to make our sandwiches. Maybe if there was an adult present the entire experience would have been better. Stay Away until they get an adult working there!

Has a broken window out front that’s been like that for quite a few months now. I don’t know what the deal is about getting it repaired. Other than that they got really good food at Subway. It’s all the same stuff. It just depends on who’s serving it to you and the customer service you get. I was treated with respect and helped immediately and greeted when I walked through the door which is very important to let the customers know that you will be with them shortly

We have been in a bunch of times since they opened! It’s hard to believe this is a new shop, because the employees are so good at what they do and are very efficient. The food is so fresh and delicious. We do visit all the local food establishments in town pretty regularly. We really missed having Tiffany’s subs in Overton and this has been a nice option of somewhat similar style of sub sandwich. The shop is always very clean and smells delicious and they always keep things stocked with helpers checking on the stock as other employees make the food. I’ve never had them tell me they’re out of an ingredient for any sandwich I’ve ordered. The customer service is always fantastic and I’m glad they have an easy option to tip when you pay by credit card, something we always do. They have different percentages that are an easy quick click away. You don’t have to pick 20% if you don’t want to tip as high as a dine in, but sure hope people tip these hard working, show up to work with a smile, when so many aren’t these days, employees! Thanks to everyone who works there. We’ll see you again this weekend most likely!

A solid place to eat. They were quick to prepare our meals. The dining area was clean. The only real complaint is the front window is being held together by tape, and has been that way for months.

I have eaten here six or seven times. It has been consistently good. However customer service when a mistake is made can be a challenge. So 3 of those visits had issues. First one; after getting half the sandwich put together and we get to the veggies, I ask for lettuce and he says we’re out of lettuce. I said your kidding. Kid just looks at me, just waits. I could have just walked out but I went with spinach even though I didn’t want it. Second one; Cellphone App order, arrived to pick up two sandwiches and one of the sandwiches didn’t go through. Could they figure out why? No. Did they care? No. I can understand the app not working properly to not be their fault, but the not caring part. Third one; Cellphone App order, picked up two sandwiches, got home, wrong bread, not toasted, wrong cheese. Looking at the receipt and everything is written as I ordered it. Why cant they read the order? Anyhow my biggest complaint is customer service. This is a small town and I really want to see them stick around. So if you read this please care, we want to give you business.

I had the Sweet Onion chicken teriyaki, it was really delicious. They just made a batch of bread, so l had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down. But it was worth it. Very friendly Staff.

I placed on online order for a turkey sandwich and I picked it up, drove home, and it had absolutely no meat on it. I had drive back to get it remade and got told it said veggie only on my ticket. All reality my ticket said turkey sandwich. Even a coworker looked at my ticket and saw that it said turkey.
Then few days later, I placed an online order at 6:10 it said ready to pick up at 6:30. I show up at 6:35 and they just started working on it. They had 3 other orders done. I’m not saying they are terrible but they can definitely do better.

One of he staff had hair hanging to her nose while making sandwiches, that’s against health code, a violation! But when asked to fix it, she blew me off! Maybe she needs another health dept course!
