You walk in and immediately see a sign stating that they have no bell peppers, no chicken, and a couple of other things. Then you go to place your order….Bam! The person working says the whole system is down and they can’t sell anything at all. C’mon Subway….Do better!

Had someone order a steak and cheese sub –a HOT sub per your very own menu. “Our Steak & Cheese sandwich is where warm, delicious steak gets topped with melty cheesiness. Get crazy with veggies and sauces to make it what you want.” And, the staff slaps lettuce and Mayo on the sandwich, wraps and bags it up. They didn’t ask if we wanted it heated–they asked if wanted it toasted. No we didn’t want it toasted and we didn’t check to see if they had heated it. NO ONE ever asks if you want a steak and cheese hot BECAUSE IT IS SERVED HOT. Someone needs retrained. It’s just disgusting.

The food is exactly what one would expect from a Subway, the Casino prices and the lack of accepting coupons was a surprise though. Found out there is another Subway about a mile away that will accept coupons, but convenience comes with its cost.
