Some veggies appeared and tasted frozen and then thawed. Cashier didn’t change gloves after they handled a transaction and then went back to making sandwiches after touching everything.(Not for mine, for the guy in front of me). Another gal prepped mine.

Unbelievable, $14.84 for a footlong sandwich. I take some responsibility for not paying attention to the price on the menu, I can tell you I won’t be visiting this location again, I feel ripped off.
No way on God’s green earth should a footlong cost that much and then when you go to pay on their little app they use it asks for a tip. Whatever… to top it all off, the sandwich was mediocre at best.

They overcharged me by like three dollars and the employee working complaints to his coworker that he had been out working since he got there at one. And it was 2 o’clock. He had been complaining about working for an hour… Seems like hiring might be an issue here. I asked for Pepper on my sandwich and they salt and peppered at the same time. There was so much salt on my food that it was disgusting.

Worst service and even worst experience. ATTN MANAGEMENT: Check your google reviews. Our experience took place on 09/24/19 @ 3:45ish There were 2 employees, 1 female and 1 male. The did not welcome any customers in, including myself. The person who was making my food did not say 1 thing to me. Just made the sliders and did not ask me if there was anything else I wanted on either slider. I had to stop her to tell her I would like extra of an ingredient… still no communication or anything. This places level of service is about a 1 out of 10 realistically. Management, get a hold of your team and fix this asap. Service was horrible, it was like ordering from zombies and they made customers feel like we were bothering them if we DID ask for something.

I arrived at 1:40pm today three people ahead of me, it was bad enough the old guy was having problems understand what went on a subway, but then I had two other customers who could not make up their either. While waiting for sandwich to be made Merle who was making the sandwich, happened to sneeze in his arm near the glove he was wearing. I not only noticed this but several other customers did as well. I started complaining out loud that he needed to go wash his hands, he acted like he was not hearing us, and he handled an avocado after this and started preparing other sandwiches. When he finally listened he took off gloves and went back to the back room, supposedly to wash his hands. I also notice Maria sneeze in her hand and handling sandwiches, she put a glove on to handle the sandwiches, We all left not purchasing a sandwich, I was there a good 20 minutes. This is not good food handling practices, I would never recommend this place to anyone, no care in the world and very slow. I will be reporting this to the health department on Monday. I sure hope nobody gets sick after this. by the way they get a 0 star rating but it would not let me give this to them

I wasn’t very impressed. My family and I had ordered 2 party trays for superbowl weekend and placed our order 24 hours before like you are supposed too. First of all nobody knew what they were doing they had to call they’re manager on the phone it took at least 20 min just to make the order. Then go in the next day the same guy who took our order was in there said it wasn’t ready and was complaining to some girl for not making the order then she went in the back to start making it I look back and seen she was just on her cell phone. So I just asked for a refund. And all 3 employees didn’t even know how to do a refund they had to call the manager again another 20 minutes just to do a refund. Maybe have a manager there or train better.

Absolutely worst Subway food ever! We were traveling and purposefully looked for a Subway for fresh veggies on a sandwich. The veggies were not edible! Lettuce was brown, spinach shriveled, cucumbers looked 2 weeks old and other veggies looked so sad. I was embarrassed for the employee to not have any fresh options to serve. It was in a Walmart which should have been our first indicator it might not be good. It was downright sad!

Ordered from Subway off of DD last night and paid for a Philly that I basically need to cook myself. Very little meat, everything raw, uncooked. And only got $5 DD credit for the trouble. Man, forget this. Sad. What’s worse is, I called around 3:30pm today (Tuesday) and heard plenty of background, but nobody was acknowledging the call. I tried calling back and got a perpetual busy signal the rest of the day. What a lousy location. Next…
