I ordered a simple pizza. The boy there, and I say boy because he didn’t have the manners or attitude of a man, was Very rude. The pizza was Very cold and he accused me of biting into it and That’s how I knew it was cold. No, I picked it Up to take a bite and it was cold. The middle was still frozen! The manager or supervisor on shift came to help and she cooked it a little longer. She was helpful and apologized for the situation but the little boy didn’t attempt to apologize just through a fit and attempted to help another customer. It seemed he was in training because he was a little slow on the register and if that’s the people they hire with no proper customer care then that’s one shop ill stay away from and advise EVERYONE to not go in.

Went in tonight 14 feb 2026 and ordered 2 footlong subs. I know better and should have walked out. The serving table was a horrible mess. Crumbs and food down the entire prep station. And there was some unknown liquid on the serving table as well. The server just slapped my sandwiches together amd they we’re a mess. The kids nowadays are lazy, dont take pride in their work and have no work ethic. Very sad, it is nearly impossible to eat out anymore. Most places hygiene and cleanliness are horrible. We normally never eat out for the reasons mentioned above. We have no idea what these places kitchens look like or how well the staffs hygiene may be. It all comes down to laziness, and no pride in their jobs. Terrible, absolutely terrible.

There was such a huge line, and we were a group of 10 with different and specific vegetarian requirements – they did not rush us, were friendly and patiently made great sandwiches :). They were respectful of our dietary restrictions and deserve a reward for their excellent customer service.

This was the worst subway I have ever been into. It was dirty, and the food was gross. The bread was hard in some spots and mushy in others it wasn’t good, and the way it was put together wasn’t any better,the girl just threw everything on it so the bacon is hanging out on the sides,then they were out of basically everything. I should have just turned around and walked out the minute I walked in and saw the water on the floor, but we had been on the road for hours and were hungry,I could have waited till I got home because I ended up just throwing half my food away because I just couldn’t eat it. I tried, but the bread just seemed old, and I couldn’t get over the smell in the restaurant,the bathrooms were just as gross. What I don’t get is why the employees weren’t trying to clean anything up,instead, they were on their phones. I have eaten at many subways, and you can tell when the bread is fresh because it will stay soft even after toasting it, and I’ve been to some where there were just two people working and it was cleanest place but this was just bad.
This is where this review belongs, not the Ruidoso subway. If this place can pull it together,I will try eating there again, and this was a month ago we eat here, so I will give it a few more months or just pop in and see how things are

THE WORST EVER. YOU CAN PUT IN AN ONLINE ORDER BUT THEY WON’T GET TO IT UNTIL THEY FEEL LIKE IT. WE PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FOR PICKUP AT 5:45pm THE APP SAID IT WOULD BE READY AT 6:20pm. THEN WE GET HERE WITH TIME TO SPARE AND IT STILL WASNT READY. Then the guy tells my husband we have to cancel it in our app when the app literally says it is ready. Which is what my husband tell the guy he’s all Dumbfounded. I get off to tell him to cancel our order he says he already talked to my husband and he threw the ticket away. Mind you NOT what I even said or asked. Then I tell him cancel our order I want a refund. He didn’t even know what to do. I guess he called the manager and the manager tell him to void the transaction.
Like I don’t know why the other subway closed cause this one is not it at all. Hire more competent people. Or at least schedule
More people or have some structure to ya’lls system.

I went into Subway last night at 8 pm, google stated that this location is open until 10 PM. All the Chairs already up, and the restureant ready for shut down, the blue haired server sighed and rolled her eyes and treated me extremely rude. Not only did she not respond to me while speaking to her, it seemed she was taking out her annoyance with my presence on my sandwhich dripping soggy banana pepper juices all over the bread causing it to be so soggy it almost fell apart. She sighed and groaned about my use of gift cards as well, and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to take something off of my order. Very, Very, Very rude. Management should keep an eye on how this employee treats people.

Paid 20 dollars for meal the kids moved like slugs and confused, got my drink and had only medium drinks lids in all the slots. I asked for a lid and they actually made me go to shelving and cabinets looking for one for another 20. Not to mention on dude looked like 12 year old from 1981 compleatly oblivious to anything around him and just kept telling me he will be there when he has time. Why the heck would you have 2 new people working on sat. With all the vendors and shows going on. It wasn’t even busy at that time 4 maybe 3 ppl taking a hour for all of them and the people at the table were even confused and complaining because no one had lids and they kept trying to make the people look for the own stuff. I paid 20 dollars for a meal and had to do there work and still never got a lid…this what dei gets you completely un acceptable! Happend between 2 15 and 330 you can see the nonsense in the footage I will return everyday asking for a refund and will let every customer that comes in not to deal with them until this issue is resolved and employees are restrained and not dressed like a Malaysian Billy idol

I am from El Paso Texas and stopped during work for a quick lunch. Manuel Farias greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very pleasant and genuine person. Treated everyone just as good and it was nice to see someone that enjoys work and life. Good job Manuel!

Pay them more or something idk as soon as I got here full of tension and dirtiness. So sad brown bag deli closed at 6. I had just missed them. Anyway this location comes and goes in waves. Subway let’s find a solution.
