I am a local business owner and was appalled by the treatment at this location today. I have a disability in my knees that prevents me from standing for long periods. After being the ONLY customer in the store and waiting 10 minutes, I had to sit down.
The employee (bald male) ignored me to serve a friend who walked in after me. When I called him out on skipping me, he became hostile and explicitly told me I wasn’t served because I “sat down” and “should have been standing at the counter.” When I pushed back against this ridiculous and discriminatory logic, he immediately told me to get out of the store, using my frustration as an excuse to deny me service entirely.
This is a blatant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). You cannot penalize a disabled person for needing a seat. This follows a separate incident 6 months ago where this same staff harassed me over moving my car. I gave this place a second chance, but their staff is unprofessional and discriminatory. Formal legal notice has been filed with corporate. Avoid this location.

If i had a choice to leave no stars i would have. We came here to get a sandwiche a chicken avocado that theyve been advertising. First of all this employee didnt even greet us, second he said aww i forgot were out of avocado mind you there was enough in the bowl for atleast 1 or 2 sandwiches and i am sure there was more in the back. We asked if he can just use what was in the bowl because it was definitely enough. My husband asked again “you really cant use that” and he told us no! Having a manager named Gabriel running your restaurant like this I cant imagine how much more customers you all have lost. Be better Gabriel, corporate make sure you train your employees correctly and when to say theirs not enough avocado. I was going to take a picture to and didnt.

You know subways have gotten a bad reputation in the media lately but I think people just don’t know what to order and often over complicate their orders. I had the all American club and let the restaurant suggest most of the add one for me and it was great. This subway was also shockingly cleaner than most other subways or any restaurants in the area for that matter. Highly recommended A+ 5*

I usually come in here once a month or so due to travel in the past everyone was super helpful. However today was met by someone who was rude when I asked to add more vegetables to my sandwich. The shorter lady on 10/13 told me “there is only so much i can give you”. I was wondering when this changed or if there is a policy on how much to give to customers when making a custom sandwich. Not only that normally when I order the add green chili. I am greeted with a complementary free cookie. The lady did not want to give me the cookie until I asked about. Seemed like I was getting ripped off from the usual friendly customer service that I am greeted with. Time stamp about 11:20-1125am.

The LADYS that work here are so kind and give amazing service. The bald white guy however was rude and snarky. His customer service was bad and he honestly made my experience terrible. Usually I love this subway but not this time. He was very unwelcoming.

This is the location at the corner of main and west 2nd. It’s 2:45 pm on the 29th of October. The woman who waited on me was rude. I asked for 2 cups of water. She charged me for bottled water. I asked her for cups for the fountain water. She was insulting and refused. Said she would have to charge me all over again. What is wrong with people? They want a paycheck but act like they don’t want you there! I’m very unhappy about being treated so badly! Go yo the other ones! This location seems to have workers that have bad attitudes!

Worst sandwhich I’ve had in 24 years of eating subway!
So much for ha e it your way I was forced to put sauce 1st was refused certain veggies 1st … there’s an order to sandwhich making that’s makes the taste now it’s nasty plain white and almost soggy waste of money I won’t ever be back if this is new policy and I feel bad for old man who begged to have sauce last and she said no all rude saying cameras watch and no or he can get out … seriously!?!??!

I don’t usually do reviews on fast food spots but I just had to shout out the whole crew at this location 🙂 it’s right by my house so I go here often enough. Everyone who works here is super friendly, and always happy to help. Even when I am picking up DoorDash orders they make sure to always acknowledge me right away and let me know what’s going on with any orders I’m waiting for.
