I went there today on 10/18/2024, didn’t get her name but a little lady there with black hair and she had braces, was super damn nice! Kept a smile on her face welcomed me way better than anyone else has here! I never tip subway but did for her! Outstanding lady, people need to watch her and learn from her! Really great customer service!

This Subway didn’t used to be bad, I used to have pretty good luck here. But it seems that they maybe have new management as well as new staff… And it’s terrible. No one seems to care about customer service or quality. All of the vegetables were frozen, which I kindly pointed out. They switched some of them out and ignored the others. A salad should never be….mushy. But my salad was mushy. Not storing food properly and having to throw it out when it’s not edible is 1) bad for the planet and 2) bad for business. Very unimpressed with the entire situation.

Told us she was closing early which was 5:20 they close at 6:00. We said ok and walked over to dominoes no problem. Looked over she’s making a foot long for a customer after us. Super rude and unprofessional highly DONT recommend spending your money here.

Staff not very attentive, rude, and disrespectful when asked to correct my order. I ordered online and the staff made both my sandwiches incorrectly; when I tried to correct them they stated that what I asked for wasn’t on my receipt.. but it clearly was.
Also there are staff members who don’t change their gloves after every sandwich which is unsanitary.

Terrible management. One great worker there that always goes above and beyond is Michael. He is a diamond in the rough. Terrible service and attitudes. They rush through sandwiches EVEN when slow. And always have snarky remarks at customers if they ask for “too much”. Sad exuse for a manager

Subway is always a no brainer. Fresh ingredients, fresh bread. Fixed how you like it. Docked 1 star for keeping up with demand though. I have been in on 3 occasions where there tuna salad has run out. I know this is a new favorite and should be kept in stock.

The Subway app does not reflect their current hours. When we went to get our sandwiches, they had not been toasted like they were supposed to be and the person working was incredibly rude to us. Why get upset with the customer for something we can’t control?
