Service was not so good, employees that cut my bread and added meat to my sandwich acted like he didn’t even wanna be there. I get when you have a bad day, I worked a 12 hour shift in the sun and just wanted to go home and relax, when he totally miss handled my food. Cut it so sloppy, arms swinging with the bread in his hand, moving so slow. Didn’t get his name but had a purple beanie with longish hair, he didn’t even have his uniform on right.

This Stephanie at this location is amazing. She went over and beyond for me. I completely spaced about my daughter‘s Valentines party. I needed sandwiches and she was able to help me with it. Such amazing person. Best customer service I’ve had in a while.

Upon entering this establishment I was rudely greeted with “we keep the bathrooms locked”
I asked what they had to drink and she replied you have to buy a cookie. As I left the establishment an employee followed me out and began using racial slurs and began throwing rocks at my vehicle. Way to Clovis classy by assaulting a 60 year old woman.

One of the worst subways I’ve ever experienced. I had a loiter kid take my order and I’m sure is mother is the manager so he talked to me like I was nothing just because I wanted my order corrected .I travel for work and never had a wrap made with little to no meat and cold cheese .

Usually they r good but this time they overcharged me 27 dollars for a wrap, a veggie sub and a bag of chips. I let them know but there was no manager working so that couldn’t refund my money. Waited about 20 minutes to see if a manager was coming. Well I was on lunch, so i didn’t want to b late for work. I left my info. But still haven’t heard from subway. But it was someone new so i understand how it happened. I jus thought they would have handled it by now and give me a phone call saying they had refunded my money.

Had accidentally placed order to the wrong store and did not answer the phone for a solid 30 minutes, utterly ridiculous and when the phone did pick up, the call was immediately disconnected
