Came here on 1/20/26 at around 3pm, was waiting in line to order the lady working started yelling at a customer for trying to use the restroom. Mind you there were a few other people in line and we were just awkwardly looking at each other. She kept saying it was for customers only so the guy attempted to order something small only for the lady to say the restroom was busy, while refusing to take the guys order. Not only that but she was picking her nose, yes she removed the gloves to do so but still how are you gonna pick your nose in front of MULTIPLE customers in front of all the food? Me along with a few other people in line ended up just leaving because we didn’t want to be involved with the workers mental breakdown. Sad to say she singlehandedly lost subway at least $50-70 dollars in orders (mine would have been about 30ish). Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary, will not return to this location and will definitely contact corporate. Absolutely no shame from the sandwich lady.

This is the second time going to this location and both times Veronica has been extremely rude, first time I ordered ahead and when I got there she told me that she did not have anything and I had the location wrong, she hadn’t even checked then another lady came up and said she had just made them. Then today my son went to pick up the order and she threw the subways at my son.

We arrived at 9:24pm and a young lady said we close at 9:30pm and refused service, well that’s one way to lose loyal customers, my family and I will not be going to this location ever again. Wish I could give negative 0.

The workers there are so disrespectful so so disrespectful to the point I want to call cómprate me and my finance go in we’re very kind and understanding but they have passed the limit very rude and can’t make a sandwich right or attend the customers because they want to be talking this is ridiculous!!!!! If I could I would but -10 start terrible terrible service !

The reason for my one star is simple
I wanted 6 meals so we could all have a different cup , I was about to cancel my order but I don’t like waisting food..
Anyway if you have a promotion make sure employees are aware of it .
Very nice lady ,
But she didn’t know what she was doing
Or what cups I was talking about, they didn’t not let us choose so we didn’t take the meals
Subway will miss out in allot of opportunities with this money ..

extremely rude service, when i went in to order the lady in the back was just arguing with some guy who wanted to use the restroom but didnt order. couldve been way nicer. i ended up leaving without ordering

We had 6 meals ready untill the lady told us that we are unable to pick the cups! Why have promotion if you dont let people choose?? I can tell they are saving the cups for themselves they had all of them hidden… told us they had to get rid of the hall cups first why would we get 6 hall cups?? And the day of the movie too man that really bummed my family out decided not to get the full meal…..cups coming out the servers check or what?
