Update 6 Nov: the guy we dealt with during our visit on 4 Nov around 5PM, was not pleasant and certainly didn’t know what he was doing. My kid spotted a photo of him for “Employee of the Month,” which my kid told me after we’d left and were discussing how awful the guy was… so we’re both confused as to how he was given such an award. He needs to learn to listen and how to make an order as the customer says, and do it all without being rude. I removed a star because of him! The young lady working with him (whom finished our sandwiches and took payment) was wonderful, and she knew what she was doing in all aspects. I really hope she was the one whom received the tip I added to my card payment.

I ordered ahead online. Sometimes their printer doesn’t print the order. I showed up 10 minutes prior to the time it was supposed to be ready. The amazing woman working made sure my food was still ready in time. Amazing staff they have. The sandwich was delicious and she added just the right amount of onions…..an ungodly amount that I asked for. I will be back.

Ordered a Mexicali on multigrain bread. They put the wrong sauce on it. I pointed it out to be redone. I got a very sloppy one, barley toasted on raw Italian herb and cheese. Can’t believe I paid good money for them to punish me for thier mistake. It was horrible and unedible.

You won’t get what you order online. After filing a complain, they replied saying that we are not required to have everything on our menu. I ordered a veggie Pattie sandwich and since they didn’t have it, they made whatever they felt like making. The worst part is, when I went to pick it up, I wasn’t even told about this blunder.

I went to get a spicy Italian. what i got was the force of a god violently ripping apart my intestines. bringing me on my knees in front of the toilet making me pray for sweet release, oh but the release was not sweet. leaving me shaking, cold, and weak. defeated and flabbergasted. cheese was good though.
