The morning older female employee, does her job lazily. I wouldnt recommend doing an online order to this location. You need to watch her make it or it won’t come out as expected.

I was trying to enjoy my sandwich until I walked up to the counter to ask for something and saw the girl (employee) playing with the booger she took out of her eye. Disgusting. It was an online order so I can only hope she wore gloves or washed her hands before making my sandwich. I highly doubt it, though! I feel sick

The sandwich was not 6 inches as advertised but tasted OK. Didn’t get it made exactly as I wanted due to new “formula” being used. Basically just a way to limit customers on the vegetables which are a cheap component anyway. No ice working in the dining room. No napkins in the dining area. Diet Coke was flat.

I have been going to this subway for about 3-4 months, almost daily.

I’m not a big fan of the subway, so my review isn’t going to be on the food but rather the staff and atmosphere, as well as the conditions of the restaurant.

I would like to start by saying that I adore and appreciate Delilah a lot. She’s really quick and good at what she does, and she always has an interesting look. I also loved the manager who was here named Jackie, I haven’t seen her in a long while but me and a couple friends gave her a card and some flowers cause I love her atmosphere she brought to the store, feels like a ghost town now.

The bigger problem is the condition of the store. The ice machine has been down for a long while, the toaster goes down often, and just a lot of things are in poor condition and often breaking down. Feels like there is a major lack of staff here and always someone who’s in the back, not noticing anyone at the front.

There is a new employee here, and I will keep them anonymous cause I understand they are new and still learning, but sometimes when I buy stuff, the quality is horrible and not close to standards, overcooked or not appealing.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location, but I do respect the people who work at this location.

Not what I ordered. Obviously need to know rocket science to make a sandwich here. My order was online, everything is listed and still can’t make it right. On top of that, why have a drive thru and it never be open. That’s the whole point of ordering online, so I can drive up and get my sandwich and leave. The sandwich was gross, and it just went to waste. Asked for it toasted, so the meat is heated but get it cold. Yeah, no. I don’t recommend this subway.

I wanted to try the Mexicali so I ordered it by name and when I got home I was so hungry that I took a bite, thinking it was the sandwich I ordered. Unfortunately, it was not, it was bacon and either turkey or ham and lots of onions. Not at all what I ordered. When I called, manager remembered me ordering Mexicali but rattled off something about number 10 or 7, and i was told to bring the sandwich back for a refund. Rather than just offering a credit for my time and inconvenience. Moral of story, paid for something I did not order and had no intention of taken the half-eaten sandwich back across town. Did not get what we ordered through drive-through! After we drove home 5 miles found out that the food was not what we had ordered. Tried to call them immediately for over an hour and could not get an answer. Called them the next day and was told that we should have brought it back! REALLY?! 5 miles back and forth is a lot of gas, plus the cost of the meal! Will NOT go to this Subway again.

Jackie here has very bad customer service. She was very rude to my son and his friends (paying customers) and called them names. This lady needs better training or needs a new job. Never have a one been at a subway or any restaurant at that where the employee tell me to clean up after myself.

They have been “short staffed” for a year now. Expect to take forever and when you stop at the drive thru in the front, there’s no sign saying that there’s no drive thru.

I went in yesterday to get subway with my 10 and 11 year old kiddos. We got our food but the whole time I felt so uncomfortable. Some worker there kept giving me and my children dirty looks like we dont belong there. As we sat down I see her wispering with another co worker of hers and laughing, found out she was a manager named Jaclyne. That lady is very unprofessional and that establishment. If i wasn’t with my kids I would have told that old blonde hair lady off. You should never treat your customers with disrespect at all and vise versa. Will be calling Corporate.
