Unfortunately after many 10/10 services I have received here, today was simply the worst. The women at the counter refused to speak up and when asking about their promotions they seemed to not want to sell it to me. I do enjoy subway but I do not enjoy staff that does not care for their customers.

It’s been a few months since we last visited this Subway. Our previous experience was really good, so we decided to use a coupon for three subs this time. However, when we got home and started eating, we noticed a horrible smell coming from the bread that made us nauseous. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat the sandwiches and had to throw them away.

Store was clean, service was quick. Stopped by and tried an item off the new menu. Sandwich was good and all veggies were fresh. As good as any Subway I’ve ever been to.
Change of crew since the last time I was at the store and the current crew is happy helpful and courteous. They seemed concerned about the service they are providing, I hope others are getting the same level of service.

Arrived 5 minutes after my order said it was ready. Waited at drive thru for 10 more minutes. When I pulled to the window my bag was ready the entire time. My sandwich wasn’t toasted & everything was cold.

Not one to bother with these reviews but today @12:15 I pulled up to the drive thru and the guy working didn’t respond to me , not even with a be right with you ma’am nothing so I pulled up to the window and he gave me the ugliest look and said you didn’t even wait for me to take your order and honestly made me feel like I was wrong for not knowing if the intercom was working or not … It’s all about customer service and honestly management should definitely look into how their employees service their guest. So I left because I didn’t want someone who dogged me out to take my order.
