I placed an order at 8:45 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 9:05 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, I walked inside and was told the store was closed. However, the posted hours on the door clearly stated they close at 10 PM.
I explained that I had placed an order online, but was simply told I needed to request a refund. There was no explanation for why the store closed an hour early or why I was able to place an order online if they weren’t operating.
To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the corporate office through their website, but conveniently, the site wasn’t functioning.
Come on, Subway—this is disappointing. You need to do better.

Angela Allen helped us. Although the store was closed and she was getting herself together in the back she came to the front when we called out. We needed some jalapenos and she was courteous enough to stop what she was doing and help us out. One of the best stores that I’ve went to in my travels across the country. Courteous with a smile.

I was at your LV, NM location in May and I had an encounter with an employee of yours. He flipped out when I calmly (had no reason to not be calm) explained he gave me the incorrect change.
He made sure the throw a mental health issue at me as an excuse when he attempted to intimidate me, and then use inappropriate language. I wasn’t upset until he came back to give me more of his opinion.
If he can’t handle working with the public, don’t. His behavior was inexcusable. If he was my employee, he’d be unemployed. End of story.

It’s a Subway… But it is an oasis outside Las Vegas, NM before you drive through the no man’s land between there and Alamogordo. The staff is nice and very attentive. They get busy so pack some patience and they will have you on your way in no time.

It’s a standard subway in a gas station. Nothing stood out about the visit – good or bad. I had my usual messy meatball sub with double meat, tasted the same as it always does
