Bad experience with the ONLY AVAILED REST ROOM THAT IS LOCKED with no sign that a key is needed. Rest room stayed locked whole time we were there like someone was in the RR. Walked by this Subway franchise’s employee sitting next to the rest room 3 times who wouldn’t mention a key is needed nor offer one. Had black hair mostly bleached blonde. The other RR was also locked but says only for employees. This employee doesn’t know how to cut a sub sandwich in quarters either.

So… I guess none of the businesses located in this lil strip ever answer the phone… I tried calling Subway and Little Caesars in order to try to see if they could tell me if the Raspados place is open, bc they also never answer the phone, and no one will answer the phone from any of these businesses regardless of the time of day that you try to call.

I went in on Monday, 07/21/2025, after a long day at work just looking to grab something quick to eat. When I walked in, there was a worker sitting at a table with a man. As soon as she saw me, she rolled her eyes and said something to him (I couldn’t hear what).
She eventually got behind the sandwich counter, and I even apologized — just in case I had done something to offend her — even though I genuinely hadn’t. Her response? “Whatever, just hurry up and tell me what you want.”
I was completely taken aback, but I went ahead and ordered a footlong turkey sandwich with some toppings. I asked her name, and she said it was “Maria.” No clue if that was real or just something she made up on the spot, but either way, the attitude was terrible.
To top it all off, a few hours later I ended up seriously sick with what I can only assume was food poisoning . Between the disrespect and the health issue? Never again. Absolutely unacceptable.

Please do not support this business, the owner over the phone accused me of having someone else pickup my online order and repeatedly yelling at me You People, Im American, a woman, Hispanic and a local from Espanola, so im still not sure who she was referring to, this happen last year a few days before Christmas, i was tired from baking and wrapping presents , lost my fiancé late October and im sure I didn’t look my best , after reporting her to Subway i got an apology on email but still waiting on my $80 refund it was dinner for my family. Please do not support her business just another reminder.

I walked in and a young dark complexion short female was leaning on the service counter while making a foot long which took her quite a while to make and having a private conversation on speaker with a gentleman on her personal cell phone. She remained on the phone while taking my order and tried to rush me through and out the door. Terrible service! I won’t go there ever again.

The meat in my sandwich was cold when it’s normally Hot.. the dining area was a mess. And they only had one selection of bread. I’d recommend using the subway on the other side of town.

The manager was on her phone and never acknowledged me and told her subordinate to go help me. The clerk made our sandwiches with a bad attitude. The store was dirty, there were a lot of empty bins of vegetables, and different vegetables mixed in together as if dropped from bin to bin throughout the day. I’ve never seen it this bad. I was surprised.

Subway has put advertising on the glass Infront of the counter making it VERY difficult to select what you want. It really puts me off. I don’t think they like their customers very much.
Update: the ads are gone. Now you REALLY can’t see the food. There’s a stainless steel barrier between you and the food they’re putting on your sandwich. This is not good! And the people behind the counter are no longer courteous or friendly. I hope I remember never to go back.
