Manager to staff were the rudest people I’ve encountered anywhere at any time. when questioning six slices of turkey, sliced paper thin on a foot-long sandwich The establishment came and glued. They Insisted I paid for the sandwich before I ordered so I did not see how scant the they meat was on the sandwich. I told them I just wanted my money back that I would go elsewhere. I would not be able to sustain a low blood sugar with that little protein. The guy that made the sandwich came out from behind the counter and I was told they didn’t give refunds, even though I had not touched The sandwich. they hadn’t even put the vegetables on it, and they put the turkey on behind their silver hood Of course, for the customer cannot see how little meat they put on. See the picture below. &16.00 they charged. The manager was contacted. He refused to give me a refund and I was told not to come back. I guess I’ll have to take that up with my credit card company. I learned something don’t pay for anything until you see it

I came in for 2 salads. Asked for spinach, tomato, onion, cucumber and light olives. When it came to paying,, expecting $14-$15 i was told $28.20…WOW! Asked them to ring it up again and no change 🙁 The kids said they don’t set the prices. I should’ve walked away, but I paid. Because their website is down,…shocker, I priced it out of Colorado Springs, and it came to half what I paid.

Pros: For one thing, it’s open every day, and often one of the few options for food in Chama. And it’s pretty much like any other Subway, so you know what you’ll be getting.
Cons: Every time I have been there, at least one and sometimes all of the employees are obviously high. And it’s pretty much like any other Subway, so there’s a ceiling on how good a sandwich you can get. (Just my opinion of course.)

If I could have written a review with a negative I would have! $15 for a 6” roast beef (with one slice of meat) and a bag of chips. Little bugs were flying all over us inside. Employees acted as if we were an inconvenience! So then I started looking at the reviews…it’s obvious management/owners don’t care what is said about their establishment.

Bathroom clean, sitting area clean. But only two types of bread, no meatballs, and prices comparable to a dine in restaurant in town with more options and way better food. Not to mention the sandwiches were sloppily made. This place isnt even worth a quick stop. The worker was pleasant tho.

While using the Subway App, an order was placed at this location in error. I contacted this Subway location and spoke to the “Manager” who was rude and refused to refund me. Hopefully, someone received a paid meal.

This place was dirty. I wanted a BLT but the bacon was all fat. The bread was stale, no lettuce, it really put a bad spin on Subways. We almost walked out, wish we had. If you see this place just keep driving.
