Complete wasted my money there. I ordered 4 ft longs and they were all basically bread. Literally only 6 pieces of chicken in each 6” of those 4 foot longs. Worker didn’t even try to fix it and had a mean face the whole time.. can I get my money back?

At first I had terrible service and told myself I’d never return. I came back months later, cause why not they’re in close proximity to my work and they’re the healthiest option. They changed the service. Great guy with a great character. Very nice (Actually Hospitable). It’s always clean. The other two ladies are good enough to have patience for difficult customers.

Really great experience today! We decided to eat inside. After ordering I was asked if this was for here it to go… Strange, as it never mattered before: they bag it up and you take it to a table or to your car. Today, however, we were presented with a basket containing our sandwiches, napkins, and chips. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and friendly. Very nice experience today! We will definitely return here!

We got there and the workers that were there at night were out of it. They were doing things wrong from the start. First they put meatballs after just telling them to toast it before. The guy there didn’t listen. When preparing my sandwich one of the guys literally put my bacon into the microwave. The microwave. Why do they have my microwave in the first place? After asked if I wanted some chips O said yes. But the guy didn’t put them in and I paid not knowing. So when I went to grab my chips he asked if I wanted some. I was tired in a hurry so I just left,but definitely would have done something if I had more time. Honestly not going back there again.

Curbside pickup was a joke…all spots in front of store were taken by non customers so they didn’t even bother to bring out my order. On top of that…I ordered 2 steak & cheese subs neither had the cheese and there was very little meat mostly veggies and bread. I was reminded why we stopped eating here.

My sisters are the ones who ordered. I came outside of my house to smoke and realized that my cigarettes were missing. Asked my sister and she said she had seen them there a little bit ago. Then they said it could’ve been the delivery driver. We have a gate and the way to open it is really tricky. They had wondered how they had the food left on the porch since normally people don’t leave it there due to that fact plus we have a dog. One of my sisters went out to get the food and the driver sped away from the driveway. Driving a grey Toyota Corolla with the bumper in the front was messed up. Called 5 times to see if their was a driver who had a car that matched the description but no answer. My sisters also mentioned that the food was bland and didn’t have any cheese.

Great service! The ingredients were fresh, the sandwich maker made my sandwich with just the right amount of everything i wanted on it. The restaurant was very clean, organized, and well stocked. Very nice ambience and dinner, they are conveniently open until 10!

Ordered a sandwich for my friend and didn’t realize it at the store, no bacon on the Club sandwich and they charged me $3.00 more. Attempted to correct several times with telephone calls and emails. NO reimbursement of the $3.00 or any course to correct. Clearly absent leadership here.
